what's the point trying to help people when the environment is getting ****ed. I mean, lets just say your contribution does eventually end poverty, so much would've gone to poverty rather than the environment, and what's the point now that there's no poverty? There's no more food for us to to survive on, we can't go out because it's not hospitable.
The environment made us, we didn't make the environment, so I rate it is a priority, not that poverty isn't, but poverty is caused by mismanagement of resources and abuse of the environment.
Re: What do you think? create jobs that actually matter and help the environment to become a better place rather than having jobs just to work and pay bills and waste away. there's plenty of environmental work to be done out there that people can do it's just a matter of education and people seeking to better things.
human laziness and stupidity/ignorance is a huge factor in both poverty and environmental issues. i say spend money on education and the others will be helped out.

Should more money be spent on things to fix the enviroment or on things to fix poverty?
either or really. Take whatever you happen to value above the other and create a prosperous business system out of it. Then the other one can just have this system integrated to support its improvements as well.
