and it doesn't matter whether you are wearing bandanas or ski-masks or anything else, because IT IS NOT A CRIME TO WEAR A BANDANA ON YOUR FACE ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.
evil comes in every color, including black.. or in obamas case, cafe olay.

adamtude is on point. it is against the constitution for the military to act as civilian police but that can be amended in a 'national emergency' (pandemics, epidemics, terrorism, natural disasters, nuclear, chemical, nerve, electronic or biological attacks etc.) if the local, regional or state levels lack the capability to mitigate 'civil unrest' or if Home Land Security lacks the resources, they can exert federal or transnational powers, this would include the military.
