ye i definitely feel something bigger like sort of seeing or able to see us like we see bugs and such. especially if you've tried salvia

but by simply choosing to do what makes us comfortable, or not doing what is annoying like combing or maintaining, and however the body turns out by living that way
(im comfy with keeping clean, maybe keeping my dread sections bearably apart, and not bothering otherwise.) that is my definition of natural.
