Re: vegetarians and vegans-what did you eat today?
They will realize it, when they consist of no muscle. And, can barely even partake in daily activities without being winded, or tired.

Breaky was porridge with nuts, raisins, and fruit.
Lunch was homemade soup i made yesterday.
Dinner I made wild purple rice, with a huge veggie stir steam, tapioca made with almond milk for dessert.
Gonna spring the rice burgers on my b/f tomorrow night, with the left over rice i made tonight.... He is a hard core carnivore, trying to find some balance between his and our eating styles.

How's that?
I've never felt better since I've actually had to start taking notice of what nutrients my body requires...It's ****ing easy to do so too.
Iron? covered, i've been anaemic since i was a kid and took supplements for years, haven't done so since becoming vego. Leafy greens, wholegrains, nuts and pulses with vitamin c to increase absorbtion.
Protein? eggs, wholegrains, nuts & pulses, soy products - how's baked beans on toast or veggie burgers sound? veggie soysauges? tofu & veggie fried noodles/mi goreng? all easy peasy to whip up.
Carbs...****in love carbs, starchy **** like pasta and potatoes...now those are ****ing hard to come across too hey...jeezz it's like living in cuba, try'na get carbs...cerial? pfft what's that
dietary fibre? sinch. fresh fruit and cerial (breakfast?)
I'm not even gunna go into vitamins and other minerals...if you have a balanced diet and know one or two things in the kitchen it's no biggie getting calcium, zinc and iodine in there, vitamins , hard for vegos to be runnin low on them, i piss a stream that makes chernobyl look like a lure in the fish pond.
seriously, it's really not that hard, all that **** up there^ you don't even ****ing think about, because it''s ingrained in your diet..vego recipes are TAILORED to meet the nutritional RDI, then when you get in the kitchen yourself (being a mungbeans great for a push incentive.) it all just clicks and you're concocting beans bazaar and god knows what else
i love it when people pick the **** outta vegos, seriously it's hilarious! i certainly know i take a ****ing good active interest in balancing my diet and getting good and fun new sources of crap in there...that's not to say i don't pig out on bad **** every now and then though...you don't need to be mother teresa to eat a mungbean

so ironic how the same people chirpin about little chickens getting mistreated will wear designer clothing head to toe n not even think under what circumstances it was manufactured...

Maj babe, i think Adam was saying Peach's diet is ****.. Pre-made oatmeal, a lil bun and prolly processed juice for lunch and pizza for dinner...
Way to many processed foods there, no fresh foods... alil grains, alot of crap.
Missing some serious healthy requirements..
that's what i got off the post anyways.
Im not 100% veggie head, we add meat as we want it, but always local organic, or game. .. Ya'll gotta do whats right for you.
Was replyin to Bardon who was making a generalised statement that as a group, vegos are weak and can't look after their bodies
