Had a muffin, noodles and some tea.

Er what?
I'm a vegetarian because I disagree with how oppressed the animals that people chose to mass produce are. It bothers me so I choose not to partake in it.

roasted red pepper hummus and pita and some oatmeal, raisin, sunflower seed cookies, french fries and some nachos..

straight up. i just strangled a puppy this morning and plan to club a few baby seals before dinner time.

you know the average American is directly or indirectly responsible for probably a dozen animal deaths a day just through food, hunting, habitat destruction and environmental damage.

then of course there's things like euthanasia (all the stray animals put to sleep), greyhound racing, horse racing (look at Barbaro- he caught a ****ed up hoof from racing and died), **** they do at zoos with elephants... all that ****.

Today I ate:
Kashi Mountain Medley Granola Cereal
Bagels and orange juice that my awesome boss brought into work this morning.

For lunch I went to this place called Thai Kitchen got rice with "Bangkok noodle tofu" (really delicious peppery noodles with mushrooms, onions, tofu and some other stuff), "Shu Shee tofu" (basically tofu in a curry-like sauce with various peppers), and mixed steamed vegetables.

Dinner I had a B(acon)L(ettuce)T(omato) sandwich with fake bacon and some lime chips and salsa.

Snacks: some not so good yet really expensive dark chocolate (at least according to the packaging 99% of the ingredients were "fair trade"...) an Odwalla super protein bar and probably some other things throughout the day.

Also Peach..you really should do some research on nutrition if you haven't already, and try to get take in a diverse amount of fresh fruits and vegetables. Its really easy to be lacking all kinds of nutritional factors important for a healthy life and not even notice it. (This really applies to everyone regardless of dietary/lifestyle choices)
