I thought the same thing Viri, i cant even use tampons, they hurt me, i am built too small down there.

No worries love, they sell 2 sizes. One is for teens one is for women who have had kids.
I use the teen one.
Honestly i bought my 12 year old the teen one as well, and she says its way more comfy then the tampons she tried a few months ago <and she is a virgin like you> So honestly it will be fine.
I highly recommend the Diva cup, it takes alil getting use to, but alas it is well worth the effort.
And Adam, being too small sucks man, makes sex and all these lil things a lot more work.
Never mind trying to have kids. 
Imma add sex to the list of things to help cramps, sex always helps me rid myself of bad cramps.

Good news. The first time I used a tampone I could not get it out. Almost had to go to the ER, managed to get it out but I've felt a pain I've never felt before.... I even cried. That's why I asked. Sorry for the too much information. Thank you for answering....

See, I've always wondered how you'd clean it though if you were at in a public bathroom or something.
I haven't had a chance to check out the natural remedies yet due to a lack of funds but I have tried some of the other helpful things and I must say, they are quite helpful.
Especially when combined.
