Question about piercings
had both nipples pierced, on 2 different occasions.
I just took out the last ones after 9 months because they wouldn't settle down, and I couldn't afford the titanium

you can try putting peroxide ON THE BUMP...not directly in the piercing hole.
do this once a day or once every couple days. this will help to dry it out.
dont pick it...let it fall off on its own.
rarely do people keloid...if you do, you will need surgery to have it removed.
what you have is hypertrophic scarring which is commonly mistaken for keloiding.
give it time...it will get better. if not, try changing the jewelry to a straight stud, or a hoop depending on what you are wearing now.
