i first cut my beaver tail down a few months ago, then had to do it again a few days ago. no mold in it since i started my dreads, but i am trying to prevent that.
i wasn't able to cut it right up middle, but i just trimmed some of the fat off it it. it is still big, but just flatter. hoping it will be easier to dry! it's a lot lighter, too.
