1.What ingredients should i avoid?
2. vitamin b5 (Pantothenic acid) affect my hair?
3. If you live in sweden, do you have any tips on a specific brand and where to get it?

Hey dude! also from sweden, im using the tea tree shampoo from måbra. Works great if your to lazy to make your own.

by natural do you mean; 
not using wax, not using a comb, or the ImAHugeDeadHead method of backcombing "lighty, then they fell out, so i'm going to pretend they're natural", natural dreads?
