Shampoo questions

So i'm doing natural dreads. So straight ahead to the questions.

1.What ingredients should i avoid?
2. vitamin b5 (Pantothenic acid) affect my hair?
3. If you live in sweden, do you have any tips on a specific brand and where to get it?

Re: Shampoo questions

by natural do you mean; emoticon

not using wax, not using a comb, or the ImAHugeDeadHead method of backcombing "lighty, then they fell out, so i'm going to pretend they're natural", natural dreads? emoticon
