Re: Swimming

ye chlorine drys the hair abit which makes it knot better but too much and it can break., so long as u wash em after it;ll b fine. they might unravel at tips abit but thats it. go for it, i swim sometimes up to 3 or 4 times a week b4 skool doin lanes

of course you can swim!! i just got back from the river,no chemiies, but im a water baby,i swim in pools all the time. yall need to not worry so much, there are no "rules" for dreadlocks, they just grow, just like anyone elses hair, so yeah you can do anything anyone with straight hair can do but brush them, and for you people with fine hair yall will find thaat the chlorine actually helps the dreading procees, because it does dry it out,and thaat is always helpful, its the oils, that in the beginning keep your dreads from locking up,but once they aare solid the oils are a welcome friend
