My Avatar wont work:(

Sorry to post a topic about this but my avatar wont work, I have tried saving the settings in all kinds of formats but it still wont work. This is the link I am using now [IMG]//i559.photobucket.com/albums/ss34/amber_harter66/newrunboard-1.jpg

I do believe it is under 60 by 60 megapixels.
