care to point out any of these benefits jon brings? emoticon

Standard mod functions (deleting posts, moving threads ect. ect.)
thats everyday ****. Not to mention pms over personal matters.

oh and the "truth about dreadlocks" video but I'm sure not everyone likes that.

If i was gonna vote to change something, I'd vote jops in for another Admin status.
He has more then proven himself over the years as a valuable and mature member.

I appreciate the confidence mama but in the end that sort of thing is Blazen's call. It would be cool but Dahui is usually easy to reach so not overly necessary.

It would be fun giving people custom titles among other things.

Re: [POLL]should jonsparrow be a moderator?

let me sum this up:

Kirsty thinks he should be Mod because she claims he adds "humour"[and i use that term very loosely]. aaaaand? what the **** kind of credentials is that for modship? emoticon

Mama admitted she has no clue what she's talking about because she's either not "here", or pays no attention, she's just going off what Jops says. emoticon

Seany thinks he should be Mod because they talk about "games and movies". right. emoticon

having dreads may not have anything to do with being Mod, but this is a DREADLOCK forum. i remember quite a few of you hootin and hollerin about audio with no dreads, what happened?

jon is responsible for your issues with your **** Mods.

directly or indirectly, jons stupidity lowers the intelligence level of the entire forum, resulting in lapses of judgement amongst other forum members..

i suggest he forfeit his role as moderator for the good of KL, otherwise he'll be held accountable for future shortcomings on this board.

because he is clearly incapable of seperating his personal biases and vendettas from his moderating duties. and i can't even tell you the PM's i got about, "jon always throws a hissy fit, people on the board get to him in real life".

i'm certain that jon pulls alot of **** on members out of sheer spite. not a good look for KL, when you're all busy *****ing about noobs, no one posting, "lets be the #1 site!", and your friendly/fair dreadlock community, huh?

Re: [POLL]should jonsparrow be a moderator?

Not to burst any bubbles, but I notice you REALLY don't like the guy,why pay attention to him at all?, or even call him out for that matter. I haven't been on here that long to know the full extent of the things he's done, but I think it's a lot easier to just ignore the dude than to rally up a few people to throw him out.

It's almost like double edged sword or like testing a dog to see if he bites or not. Just forget about Jon, You have your reasons to continue and by all means who am I to interfere, but yet too much time and effort is being wasted. emoticon
