Intro:
Not my fault! I swear! My brain thought it up! And Enjy fed it! . . .
Okay, well perhaps it is sorta my fault . . . but anyway, I was riding
home from seeing Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (SQUEE! Best movie
yet!) when I began to wonder what House the different characters would be
in . . . .you can see where this is going, can't you?
So, welcome to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry! A few rules
before you begin:
1.) Stick mostly to Les Mis characters. Yes, we all want to attack Snape in
the halls and cover Remus Lupin with kisses, but that's not exactly going
to work, now is it loves? So, they may be mentioned in passing (EX:
Grandare ducked his head slightly as Snape walked passed their table,
sighing with relief when the professor moved on) but try not to have any
specific conversations unless they are really needed.
2.) All the Les Amis would not necessarily be sorted into Gryffindor (that
doesn't mean that some of them won't be), just as Valjean or Javert aren't
immediately in whatever house one would assume them to be in, nor would
Eponine or Grantaire or whoever. Really think about the traits of your
character before you place them. All houses are awesome! Since it seems to
be the most bad-mouthed, please recall that Cedric Diggory was a
Hufflepuff! Remember:
Gryffindor: Courage
Ravenclaw: Intelligence
Hufflepuff: Loyalty
Slytherin: Ambition
To make sure sortings are correct, please state for your first post why
your character should be in their designated house. If other board members
feel otherwise, we will take a vote on how the character is perceived by
the other board members, and the board members will place the character by
popular vote.
3.) Set in a peaceful time period. The focus is on the characters and their
development as human beings, rather than fighting old Voldie. He can be
dead or alive, whatever. It doesn't matter where Harry, Hermione and Ron
are, they don't pertain to us. Action scenes are to be kept to a minimum
unless it involves dueling. FOCUS ON CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT!
4.) Most of these people are probably split up from who they would normally
be friends with in Les Mis . . . not only that, but there isn't much in the
way of house unity, so try and think of ways your characters could meet and
interact. There aren't many, besides a common room, but be creative! Think
of something! It'll be hard and it'll be a challenge, but I believe you all
are up to it!
5.) Have fun! Be silly. Do whatever! Go ride a broom or cast a spell or
watch the ceiling in the Great Hall. Go for it! Just try and stay within
the rules so it doesn't get to out of hand, right loves?

Marcelin Sebastien Grandare: 6th year Hufflepuff.
I, Marcelin's designated RPGer, feel that Grandare should be placed in
Hufflepuff due to his unwavering loyalty to all that he designates it to.
He is a bit lazy, which goes against the Huffie creed; however I feel that
his loyalty to others outweighs this, therefore placing him in Hufflepuff.

Well, what the heck. It could be fun!
Fay Richard Courac: 6th year Gryffindor.
I, Fay's designated RPGer, feel that Fay should be put into Gryffindor due to his admirable courage and disposition. Fay never feels fear when going to confront members of the opposite (and, occationally, the same) sex, which is a lot more than can be said for others in his gender. Although perhaps not the type of courage Godric was looking for, it's courage none-the-less.

Marius Pontmercy: 6th Year Hufflepuff
I, as Etta and Marius's designated RPGer, feel that these two should be put into Hufflepuff because of their passionate loyalty. Although both are a bit silly, or "out of it," they are both reliable people and, indeed, deserve to be sorted into Hufflepuff.
(I don't know if that whole bit makes sense, lol. I'm very sleepy)

aw i wanna plaaaaay I have a problem i dont know where to put Ep!
Im thinking Gryffindor for courage
So I as Eps designated RPGer (and sharer of her brain..sigh its true!), feel that Eps should be put in Gryffindor for her courage. She doesnt have it easy but faces situations head on and isnt easily intimidated.
I cant put her in a year group because i have no clue how it works so help me out you lovely lovely people!

Just for the record, I agree that Eponine should be in Gryffindor. She faces not only hard situations, but pressure from society to conform to its expectations of her to be a brat and a theif and a prostitute, and she has the courage to not do that. Hurrah, Eponine!

Cosette (not even going to attempt to spell this name without the brick in front of me): 5th Year Hufflepuff
Favourite Marie Firmin: 6th Year Hufflepuff
I, as Cosette and Favourite's loving and dedicated RPGer, believe that these two lovely ladies (no LM reference intended) should be sorted into Hufflepuff because they are both quite loyal people. Cosette is loyal and nice to everyone. Naive as she might be, she likes everyone and wants to help everyone and is extremely loyal and devoted to those she loves. Favourite, though not quite loyal in the lover department, nevertheless is a faithful and loyal friend.
(I find it quite sad that harry won't be walking around the school. I have a feeling Favourite would very much enjoy jumping into bed with him. *sigh* Or maybe I'm getting her mixed up with me and Daniel Radcliffe...)
