Fay groans first when he is smacked in the head by a door, then lets out a gasp as two more bodies topple onto him. He opens his eyes to see John staring at him, his bright red, another girl lying on top of them, looking just as dazed.
"Well." he manages to say, after a moment. "This is an interesting predicament."

Grandare stops laughing for a moment to grin at Etta. “Sorry.” he says, still snickering slightly. “Here, I can fix that.” He flicks his wand and mutters an incantation, and Etta’s nose is back to normal. “I had the same thing happen to me my third year.”

"Oh..." Etta sort-of crosses her eyes to look at her nose. "Thanks!" she says finally, brushing off the dust from her pleated skirt. She touches her nose again before smiling at Grandare. "I thought I masterd that charm! I suppose not!" She laughs.

John lets out a squeak as Fay sits up, and clutches the other boy’s shoulders automatically. It takes a second for him to realize he’s sitting in Fay’s lap, all snuggled against the other boy’s chest.
