Grandare makes a sweeping bow. "If you ladies don't mind, I'll take my leave. I'm going to be late to Potions, and you know how Snape is when you're late..." He trails off, rolling his eyes, before he turns and runs toward the dungeons, lifting a hand in farewell before he disappears down the stairs.

(Later that day…around 6 pm)
“Can you see them? Can you see them?” A 6th year Ravenclaw with long red hair tugged on her twin brother’s arm, squinting to see the field.
“I told you to wear your glasses, Nik.” Fey chided. “I can’t help it if you don’t listen to me.” Nikki Courac only stuck her tongue out at her brother in reply, before she glanced over at John, who was sitting a few seats away.
“By the way, Fey…what did you say to John that has him so pissed at you?”
Fey blushed and shrugged, brushing the question off. His sister raised her eyebrows and eyed the other redhead in a skeptical manner. “That bad huh?”
“Oh, shut up!” Fey huffed, turning away. Nikki shrugged and headed over towards the brunette, putting a hand on his shoulder.
“Hey…are you alright?” she asked softly. John turned back to her, tears in his eyes.
“No…” he stated, his lip quivering.
“Oh, poor John!” Nikki flung her arms around him then, hugging him tight as he sniffled into her blue and grey scarf. “Was Fey a humongous jerk again?” she asked, and John nodded against her shoulder. The redhead turned to glare at her brother, green eyes narrowed in his direction. Fey’s had turned toward them for a moment, but at his sister’s glare he scowled and turned away again. Nikki rubbed the brunette’s back comfortingly. “Just ignore him, John. He’s a brainless idiot.” John chuckled wetly into the girl’s scarf, and sniffled again.
“Don’t I know it.” he agreed, moving back a bit from Nikki’s embrace and drying his eyes.
“There we go. Now let’s watch the game and ignore him for a while, eh?” John grinned at the redhead. That was just the thing to piss Fey off, and they both knew it.
“Sounds good to me.” he agreed, and Nikki settled in next to him with a smile, leaning on the railing to get a better look.

Down in the boy’s locker room, Grandare had just finished buttoning the last buttons on his yellow Hufflepuff Quidditch robe as he strode into the common locker. He grinned, plopping down beside Etta on the bench as James began his customary speech.
“Alright you guys!” the blond Quidditch Captian began. “The Slytherins are tough this year, especially with Gabriel Enjolras as their Captain, but I know we can beat ‘em! Be sure to keep the new maneuvers in your head, and remember the signal!” He clapped his hands together. “Alright, let’s go!”

Grandare grins at Etta's excitement. Well, can't blame her really. First match and all that. He grabs a set of guards from the pile and tosses them to Etta before he stoops to pick up another for himself and straps them on. when they're securly fastened, he straightens and grabs his broom and tosses another in Etta's direction.
"Ready?" he asked.

She catches both and puts on the guards. "Thanks for the broom," Etta says, "but I've got my own!" With that, she summons her own (three-month-old) broom.
"Ready now!" she states, her curls bouncing.

Grandare grins in reply, placing the broom back in it's original spot, and heads towards the gates. The gates are to heavy wood...well...gates that open up to allow players to exit and enter.
"Alright everyone! In formation!" James calls, and Grandare lifts a hand to Etta as he goes to take his place next to Mark in the front row. They are specifically placed with the Keeper and the Seeker in the front, the three Chasers in the next row, and the two Beaters in the back so that, when they enter the stadium, it is easy for them to do their entry lap and break apart.
