hi !!! the connnector is made of 2 things.. a piece of plastic reenforced with a screw witch holds up great. the thickness of the styreen sheet varies depending on the location of the trailer but it safe to say it,s slim enought to be lightweightrd and thick enought so not to break...the panels are graphics that i,ve designed on the computer then transfered to paper and final transfered to a transparent plastic sheet there is also an extra outer layer of plastic for protection....

Hey I was trying to figure out shipping......where do you ship from? and then I know you said it weighs close to 1.5 kg.......what is that closest to in pounds, ounces? I was just trying to figure out what it would be to ship via USPS when you have it done by Priority Mail...

I will look around......I'll e-mail you back if I find something out.....obviously here to the states it will be different depending on which state you ship to and the rates will be from the USPS.....Is there a website for the postal service in Canada?

I found a metric conversion chart online and broke the figures down.....it comes out to be 3.3 pounds.....Does that seem too heavy?
Also, what is your zip code too.....I will be able to really get an idea for the shipping cost based off of zip codes too

Hey Mark,
Just wanted to let you know I did some looking for International rates through the USPS website, and for the cost of shipping with that weight in kg., the international shipping rate cost of standard international shipping would be $15.25. Does that sound close to what you thought it would be? Of course this is based off of US currency....

yep that sound just about right but there will probably be some inssurance charges still dont know how much it costs... should,nt be expensive at all
