Re: Materpiece Optimus prime 20th anniversary trailer projects
Hey Mark,
Just wanted to let you know I got a reply back from the website www.unicron.com and the next time they do an update for their "Alterations" section, they are going to include the link to your website and pictures of your trailer. They were really impressed!
Have a great night!
-Gregg
P.S. How is the trailer coming along?

Re: Materpiece Optimus prime 20th anniversary trailer projects
Hey Mark,
I thought of another question for you. I was wondering if there was any possible way to put in some kind of holder either in the trailer or on the bottom of the trailer to hold Primes main rifle without drastically changing any of the other parts in the trailer. Basically something to hold it in place where maybe it can slide into? Let me know. Was just curious. I thought it would be neat to have a place to store for his rifle like the binaltech cars do.
P.S. I got a hold of a heroes of cybertron Spike PVC and modified it so that his legs and arms move and he can now sit in the cars.....he was the perfect size

Re: Materpiece Optimus prime 20th anniversary trailer projects
hi gregg
thanks for all your efforts it,s really appreciated
well if they were impress now wait in a while when the retail version comes out, hell i,m impress myself lol seriously it,s got WAY more style and is better built and some changes are comming to replace things that really bugged me about the prototype and are going to be included in the retail version...
i,m happy to say that it,s comming along really well almost all of the bugs are fixed
ah !!! so spike pvc was the good size great i have one myself and will probably have him standing in the trailer in the next pictures..
hum... a place to store the riffle ... not a bad idea just checked and the only place i can think of would be under the trailer and yes it would be possible ..hell have you ever thought of designing one yourself ? you,ve got good ideas
i,ll check the impact and i might incorporate if everything fits ok ......

Re: Materpiece Optimus prime 20th anniversary trailer projects
I have never personally tried to build anything like this......I have never worked with these kind of materials so I would not even know where to begin.....Thanks for the compliments though......I had another cool idea but probably not practical.....A sound chip with a button to push from one of the top sides of the trailer that makes the sound of either a truck horn, a truck starting, and maybe even "Autobots, transform and roll out!" lol Sometimes my thoughts get the best of me.....lol

Re: Materpiece Optimus prime 20th anniversary trailer projects
well well well i,ve just looked i think it,s fantastic would defenitly be something great to install however i dont know if there is any place left in the trailer to put such a device but i will check for compatibility witch in my opinion would be a good addition to the project but would reflet in the price of the trailer......
your ideas are very good though and keep submiting ideas and i,ll try to accomodate....

Re: Materpiece Optimus prime 20th anniversary trailer projects
Well if it can work, I could even buy the chip and prerecord it with the voice and all and even send it to you......The chip looks pretty small....

Re: Materpiece Optimus prime 20th anniversary trailer projects
Hey Mark, I looked on the same chip site and found this light activated sound chip that has a battery chamber that is SUPER EASY to change......I have even made a sound clip for the chip! I'll e-mail it to you!
