Re: Materpiece Optimus prime 20th anniversary trailer projects
Hey Mark,
Thanks for the nice compliments! I wasn't looking for any credit but thank you. I am more than happy to help make this trailer the best it can be. I'm glad I was able to throw an idea to help make it that much better. =) I tried sending you some e-mails last night with some files for you to hear. They are new sound files, and I was just planning on holding on to them for right now, but I wanted to at least give you the opportunity to hear them. When I tried to send them I got a message that said either that your mailbox was full or the file was too big. I didn't think the file was too big though, being so small.....Let me know if you would like me to send them, ok.
Have a great day!
-Gregg

Re: Materpiece Optimus prime 20th anniversary trailer projects
hi !!!
you had the idea so it was only natural that i gave you credit and also your going to benefit from giving ideas
as for the sound i,ve received one clip that you,ve sent it,s good but for now i cant incorporate it in the trailer because of space requirement witch i dont have anymore on the trailer.... and also for people who want to know what are now the modifications well here they are ....
1. the trailer will be 0.5 cm wider
2. details are going to be improved
3. prime,s riffle can now be stored under the trailer...
4.alternators can now fit in the trailer
5.the control panels will look sharper and are able to be open for bulb replacement
6.some lights effects are going to be enhanced with better effects
7.the construction will be of better quality
8.stickers will be modified to look better
9. side panel lines are going to be machine-made and not hand-made so will look way better....
so theses are the major modifications thus far and will be included in all trailer versions (modifications are made according to version of course)
so if anymore questions please feel free to ask !!!

Re: Materpiece Optimus prime 20th anniversary trailer projects
Wow! You are making a ton of modifications to it! The modifications are good ones though that you mentioned. I do have to say that I like that you included the bulb replacement. That will just make it easier on both ends when and if they happen to burn out. So did making all of these improvements put you behind on production at all? I see you "sold out" on your first pre-order.....How many people have ordered from you so far? I hope many more do.....It is a great product and any kind of updates you ever want me to post on any message boards let me know.....I usually frequent the allspark quite a bit, and once in a while I post on transfandom and also tfw2005, also recently tfans. Just let me know. Whereever I can post pictures I have posted the most recent one you sent me with the details of the trailer.
Have a good day!
-Gregg

Re: Materpiece Optimus prime 20th anniversary trailer projects
Holy mother of pearl! Mark can't be stopped or contained... First let me say that the trailer was awesome enough before the improvements, but now more than ever, I am completely blown away by how dedicated you are to this project- even taking suggestions (which are well thought out)!
I am totally honored to be in the first batch Mark.
Come to think of it, I do have a few ideas:
1. Martini stirring action on the mechanical arms.
2. Tripped-out hydraulics.
3. A Masterpiece pimp hat for Prime.
You rock!!!!

Re: Materpiece Optimus prime 20th anniversary trailer projects
lol......That's hilarious. I have to agree with you that Mark is doing a hell of a job on these. I feel fortunate to be one of his first customers for these as well. As soon as I saw the pictures it was an instant sell as far as I'm concerned. I have seen other custom trailers online via pictures, like from Mr. Sci-Fi, but as much as his looks good as well, all he did was attach styrene to the sides of a 1/32 scale trailer. Don't get me wrong, it looks great, but if I am going to want a trailer, I would want one that is able to not only transform, but one that also keeps in theme with the 20th Anniversary figure.
Mark, I know I keep saying how good it looks, but you have truly outdid yourself and deserve to be commended.

Re: Materpiece Optimus prime 20th anniversary trailer projects
hey thanks guys !!!!
it really means allot to me to have such great comments and working hard on making the trailer worthy of the masterpiece prime
and for now everything is on schedule even with a few bumps i,ll still manage to be on target one other modification that i,ve made was to enlarge the end of both feets of the supporting beams under the trailer...
i really appreciate all of your help and comments it really help me devellop a better product for you guys......and if you want to place updates on websites ... who am i to argue
and for the neats ideas like a martiny stirring action it,s not bad !!! will have to make a special cooking edition optimus prime with either a barman dress or a chefs hat !!! that would be neat come to think about it lol
keep on writting and i,ll keep answering

Re: Materpiece Optimus prime 20th anniversary trailer projects
They look great so far......can't wait to see what they look like after the paint apps.....I forgot to ask you on the sides of the trailer where they swing open, are the sides there conected by a hinge or is there some kind of pin that runs the full lengths of the sides?
