Bird Flu
Well it's finally reached the UK - should we be worried about it? I saw some chap on the BBC this morning saying that the Govt should have bought in vaccines ages ago. I don't know a lot about it but prevention is better than cure isn't it?

Re: Bird Flu
I'm not worried about it, just a few years
back the SARS virus was going to wipe us all out. What happened to that?
Mind you I wont be kissing my pet goose goodnight any more

Re: Bird Flu
I suspect you have more chance of winning the lottery than you do of catching bird flu.
Why do sleep with chickens or something.
According to the little I have heard and read that you can't catch it from your battered covered chicken pieces.
If you are working with birds then your risk may be slightly higher.
What happened to us all catch BSE. Yeah I know I am mad Moo already. But I caught that from my parents
