"You need my aid with a sword then." Thalion nodded to him, looking at Elrond for a moment before returning his attention back to Kryllen. "I am honored to be chosen for such a task. I must see to it immediately then, as to where I will be for this and get a feel for this blade you wish my aid in creating."
He followed Kryllen to where they needed to go.
"Legolas stayed with the King, there is still much to be done there. I also told him that I would return with you if I was able.." Thalion told him as they walked, removing his cloak from his shoulders as he spoke. Absently he toyed with the ring on his hand, his thoughts going to Laell, and where she may be. Unwillingly he shook the thought from his mind, focusing on the task at hand...

“Yes, that is to be expected of Master Kryllen.” Xarenia nodded at Legolas’ words. She looked out over the gathered people, searching for Kartyn or Kyle, anyone else. She was worried for her friends, she had not seen them in days. And she was ravenous. She bent over the bowl the boy had brought her and ate. “We must find Gandalf, he’ll know what the next step should be.” She said confidently. ‘He always does.’ She smiled to herself.“Yes, that is to be expected of Master Kryllen.” Xarenia nodded at Legolas’ words. Xarenia smiled at the wizened old man. “All of our allies are Healed or on the road to recovery.” She announced, pulling her cloak tightly about her at a gust of wind. “I was just wondering, what we do next. Sauron is far from defeated, and we’ve heard neither hair nor hide from any of the little Hobbits. “Shouldn’t someone go and look for Merry and Pip, and Sam and Frodo?” It was obvious that the Healer was worried for their safety in such a troubled time, and that she herself was volunteering for the job, if no one else would.

Gandalf grinned. "Well, we won. Now is time for celebration and healing!!" He winked at Xarenia then his face lowered. "Spiritually that is, thanks to you, the physical wounds are healed." Gandalf stared at Legolas who was solemnly looking at the body of Haldir. Haldir was Galdriel's younger brother and he too had helped raise Legolas and Thalion alongside Kryllen while Legoalals and Thalion's father was ruling Mirkwood. "Many of us have lost a loved one or two in this battle. There is only one way to cope for such a loss and prepare for what is to come, we must band together." Gandalf smiled at Xarenia. "Frodo has taught us all that. Some of us are destined to alter the course of fate, but all of us, destined or not have the power to do so." Arwen carried the shards of Narsil on a silver platter, she placed them in front of Kryllen. Kryllen bowed. "Some of us have lost our entire world to Sauron and his wrath, but we never lose hope." Gandalf spoke as narrative as it shows each of our heros. "Some have chosen to leave our loved ones behind, risking the dark possibility of never returning to them again." Thalion sat on a window ledge in Rivendell, fiddling with a ring. "Some of us are here because we know what is true and just, never betraying our hearts and always fighting for honor and peace." Kyle is playing with the children of Rohan as he tells the great tale of how he defeated Smaug in Rivertowne. "Still, many of us fight for love, believing in the strength of tomarrow, where our lives can be fit for family." Katryn pours water into the mouth of a thirsty soldier. "For some, it is a simple request, almost miniscule in the eyes of others, but great to us, we want it all returned as it was. Peace, happiness, and good food in our bellies." Mary and Pippin are gently placed on a stonewall by TreeBeard the Ent in front of a now destroyed Isengaurd.
"Some fight for duty, to make it right, we uphold our responsibilities of ourselves, our ancestors and even beyond, so that one day, we might take our rightful place among them in history." Aragorn is patting the head of a young bow who lost an eye in the battle. "Some fight to free our nation, our people, and our King, so that all will know the strength of a righteous Kingdom." Mika is preparing rations for the soldiers. "Some fight to avenge our ls loved ones, to carry on and honor them in death, facing and defeating invincible odds." Eowyn is helping rebuild the great wooden door to Helm's Deep."Still others fight when no one else can, they stand until the very end and in so doing, never cease until the great task is done." Frodo and Sam are climbing up a great mountainside. Gandalf turned to Xarenia. "But I believe yours, is one of the greatest of all. You fight, child for all of it. You fight now, so that there will be a future and so that 'they' can live and never know violence, hatred, or lust." Gandalf patted Xarenia on the head. "So long as we all fight for what is in our hearts, all is well."

Xarenia smiled back at Gandalf, and let him pat her head. "Thank you, you flatter me and give me more credit that I deserve." She replied in elven. "So we rest." Stated. "That is well, I do need sleep, I'm beginning to get tired from all of this Healing." Her face returned to it's normal mask of indifference and she turned away, hiding her pain and anger at everything that was happening in the world around her. She felt instinctively that there was much to be done, and she hoped to find the rest of her friends, and see to their needs before she lay down for a few minutes and took some time to herself.
