Crazy Taxi
This game has got to have the highest replay value out of any game out there. It's simple to learn, but difficult to master; actually, I'd say impossible to master. But that doesn't make it inaccessible. I've heard there is a PS2 version, but I've never seen a copy of it. I have Crazy Taxi and Crazy Taxi 2 on Dreamcast, and the other day I wanted to play Crazy Taxi for whatever reason. I hadn't played in years but I was able to jump right in and it was as fun as I remember!!
