1 Litre of Tears
This is the saddest show I've ever seen in my life, guys. It's a Japanese Drama (J-Drama) and 11 episodes long. It's based on the true story of a girl who kept a diary of her life when she got Spinocerebellar Degeneration (she wrote up until the point at which she could no longer hold a pen).
I recommend it to everyone. You can buy the DVD set in online stores or download it from this site:
