One Piece RP
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"What...where am I?" Jacen Frost opened his eyes. He was five foot eleven, black hair and glowing blue pupiless eyes. A scar ran down his right part of his forehead, through his eye and down his right cheek. He wore all black.
"An ocean? What planet is this?" The gulls cried above him, he was sprawled out across a broken half of a wooden door.
On the horizon, there was a ship. It had a pirate symbol on its' flag, an odd one too...a skull with a straw hat.
"What ship is this?" Jacen asked.

"I've been sittng here for days...I'm so hungry..." moaned Satoita, a 13 year-old girl.
Her boat was very small with only one sail. She had hardly any water left and no food. But she did have a big bag full of junk.
She smiled at her cat, Sichi as she mewed out to the sea. But she kept mewing.
"What's wrong, Sichi? Is something out there?" Just then she saw some thing...a ship! A ship with a funny mark. A skull with a strawhat on it?
She called out, "Ahoy there!! Can you help us?? Please!"

(((OOC: Nya ha ha ha, I'm taking over as Sanji-sama and Nami ^______^ I want to bring my character in eventually, but not yet...)))
"Hey guys, do you see that?" Nami called from the bow of the ship.
"There's something over here too!" Sanji pointed over the railing of the starboard of the Going Merry Go.
Nami pulled out a retractable telescope and peered out in the direction of the small black point she had spotted in the water. After a couple of seconds of adjusting the focus on the telescope's lens, she could make out a figure clad in black, clinging to what seemed to be some kind of wreckage. Nami called out to her crew again, "It looks like a shipwrecked sailor!"
"Nami-san, could you take a look over here as well?" Sanji inquired.
"Of course, Sanji-kun. But keep the boat sailing straight ahead. It looks like that person over there is just barely keeping afloat."
"Yes, Nami-san!" Sanji replied enthusiastically as he headed for the helm.
Nami once again peered out of her telescope in the direction that Sanji had indicated. She let out a slight gasp as she realised what she saw. It was a tiny boat carrying a sickly, raggedy looking young girl and a little cat. They looked as if they hadn't eaten in days, and all she could see on the boat's small deck was a big bulky bag.
"Sanji-kun! After we pick up the first one, we need to turn 84 degrees starboard!" Nami called to Sanji, who was at the helm.
"Yes, Nami-san!" Sanji called energetically from within the cabin.

Jacen was glad to see thathe was noticed by the crew. He usedevery ounce of strength he had and jumped into the cool water, swimming to the boats' side. His nails scraped against the wood, but he could not geta hold. He began to sink slowly into the water.
"My energy core...empty.....so, this is death...so cold..."
He thought as his head went under.

"Do ya think they noticed us?" question Satoita to Sichi. She brushed one of two long bangs out of her eye and tried to see if they were coming for them.
'I hope so!' said Sichi. Of course it really sounded like, "Mewrorw!"

"****!" Nami yelled as she yanked off her shoes and dived into the water to save the sinking man. He was sinking fast and she had to use a lot of energy to catch up to him as he sank deeper into the freezing cold waters. She caught up with him at last and managed to get her arm around his waist and his arm around her shoulders so that she could pull him up out of the water.
She burst from the water with a splash and a huge breath of air. Quickly assessing where she was, she swam to the side of the boat and called out, "Sanji-kun! Lower the ladder, quickly!!"
Sanji replied immediately to Nami's urgent cry. In less than two seconds he was out of the cabin, across the deck, and had the ladder completely lowered. He climbed down the ladder and met Nami halfway, taking the unconsious man from her and carrying him the rest of the way up the ladder.
Sanji layed the man on the deck and tried to bring him to consiousness, "Hey, wake up buddy!"
Nami made it up onto the deck and quickly pulled up the ladder after her. She glanced at Sanji and the unconsious stranger, decided that Sanji could take care of him fine on his own, and quickly headed for the helm. She changed the ship's direction to face the tiny boat that was still drifting slowly and aimlessly on the sea.
With that change of direction, the wind was full behind the Going Merry Go's sails, and it wasn't long until the ship was close to the small boat. Nami hurried to the port side of the ship and grabbed a light, but strong coil of rope.
She called out the the girl, "We don't have time to stop the ship! So I'm going to throw you this rope and you need to attach it quickly to your boat before we get out of range! Ok?"

She nodded quickly. She heaved the huge bag of junk onto her back, and outstretched her arms to grab the rope.
"Jump on, Sichi!" she called to her cat as they pulled her in.

"I...I need water......I need to get home!" Jacen moaned as he grabbed his throat. "Fresh water!" He cringed, sliding his feet across the wooden deck.
"There..there was a girl...where is she? Is she safe?"
Jacen tried to get up.

"A girl? You mean Nami-san?" Sanji looked around for Nami and spotted her at the side of the boat helping a young girl carrying a huge bag and a small cat up onto the ship.
Immediately upon seeing the girl's face, Sanji went into I-just-saw-a-beautiful-girl mode. He ran over the the girl, completely forgetting about the shipwrecked man he had just left lying on the deck, "Can I take your bag my dear? Anything I can get for your cat? Anything you'd like to eat or drink? Are you feeling alright? Would you like to rest? I have the morning paper here if you'd like!"
Nami quickly knocked Sanji on the head, "Will you calm down?! You're probably scaring the poor girl! And WHO'S paper is that? It's certainly not you who pays the delivery gull every morning!"
