10-8-2006 Progress Report
Worked on the "Shoutbox" (eg a mini-chatroom) that James placed as a link in the NTC Links Menu trying to get the colors to match the board and look like it belongs.
I put the code in the side bar so everyone can check it out and let us know what they think...
