God's Blessings
Psalm 33:11-12 The counsel of the LORD standeth forever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.
Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.
When a nation takes the counsel of God and bases everything on his word then that nation is given a special blessing and God watches over both the nation and its people. Looking back through history we can see the truth of this.
So lets pray for our nation that it will never turn its back on God.
You might say its too late for that so if you feel that way pray for the nation to turn back to God so it will once again receive blessings from God.

Oh no you don't! I said we should have at least one reply to every post and I meant it!
I love the first part of the verse because it tells me that if I find something in God's word then it isn't going to be changed later on. I can depend on it and trust it no matter what is happening to me.
