Psalm 3:3
But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.
When I am suffering or sad I find my head hanging down and I am vulnerable. This verse tells me that the Lord can shield my heart and lift my head and fill me with His glory. Thank you Jesus.

Amen! I shudder to think how bad things would be if God didn't shield me from the worst of the storm. I would like to say I could be as good as Job but I know that isn't true right now.

When I'm feeling like what you're talking about.... I'll pick up my bible and go straight to the red. I just want to read/hear what Jesus said.
Some times we do have to go through the worst of the storm, but halleluiah he's there with us. He never leaves us or forsakes us!
