Prayer Request
This request is from the new myspace group I've been telling you about. There are already 39 members after only a week. I told them I'd ask some of you guys to answer this request. It would be nice to have more than one dealing with help for depression and the joy of the Lord.

"Is anyone in here a really good prayer warrior? Maybe you can pin a prayer in this group that we can all go to when we are down to help renew our minds, refresh our spirits and reconnect with the Lord.
I would write a prayer but I'm not good at that kind of stuff, that's why I asked if there are any really good prayer warriors.  "

Dear Father God in heaven,
You know our confusion and our stress, you know how much we want to do what you ask but our mind is a jumble and our hearts are torn. Dear God I ask that you quiet our minds, that you remove the distractions, help all of us to focus with peace upon your name. Help all of us Lord to come as children before you, to accept you as you accept us. Strengthen our feeble knees dear God so we can with joy pray to you more often. Help us dear God to lift up our hands in praise and forgive us dear God for our failures. In Jesus name we pray... Amen.
Jondra, I pray this helps, I am not such a good prayer warrior right now but one thing I know, if I do not try to pray I'll never be very good when it comes to talking with God.
