I thought that websites wouldn't allow different users to register if that username already exists?

So how come we get the dumb and arrogant Europrat WTF69 -under the same boring user- ending posts under different signature names (in the most conceited and amusing manner)?

Is the same bunch of pompous and historically-inaccurate geeks crammed into someone spotty geeks bedroom dreaming up yet more dung to fling...in English? emoticon

Are they/he/she/it resident in an orphange with just the one computer, in some musty old stone French village with hardly anyone around (except for irritating Algerian pedlars shoving plastic gold Eiffel towers in your face)?

Is the same pompous Monsieur Maginot calling upon his/her imaginary "friends" to pretend to be member of a "forum" with? emoticon
