 TWTRF2002- why not visit my forum and post...
Hwaet!
As a knowledgeable person/people regarding the Normans (if often at odds with myself and some others), why not visit my own website in an official capacity and feel free to voice your opinions about the Anglo-Saxons and the Normans?
And any other ideas and viewpoints you have, in order to further raise the Norman's profile?
I have added a 'guest' board in addition to the many varied topic boards on Anglo-Saxon England, in case guest surfers do not wish to officially register amongst the ranks of it's growing membership!
Your, and other, views would be welcomed there...

I genuinely hope that they will, Anne, though I doubt it, but they're losing out on so much by not 'mingling' on the many history sites, if even briefly?
They might hate my guts, that's ok (I'm a housecarl!  ) but although I rag them here, they are welcome to debate their views on the various boards, about all things Norman and English on there...I even invited a certain pro-Norman from Myspace to post...

If either of you had read our postings on this subject you would know that members of our Forum can comment or not comment as we choose. Our Forum patronises other medieval chatboards and/or discussion groups and treat Housecarl's version no differently from them.

Nobody is stopping you from "commenting or not commenting". I, in particular, was merely suggesting --- in a humorous way --- that you join the Anglo-Saxon England list, if for no other reason, expanding your base of knowledge. You might be surprised.

You may not like most history websites, I don't like many either, for various reasons, but even when they're as slow as this one, they're a great medium for promoting one's views?
Either way, your forum is genuinely welcome to air your views about the Normans/English etc on my site anyway, should you change your minds...

I'm not sure exactly what you're implying here :-)...nevertheless I'm trying to be respectful.
I have googled for your forum on these other websites, but found nothing? Which 'chatboards' do you refer to, I am a member of many...
But in any case, even if your forum chooses to visit, but not to actually enrol my site as a member/s, you can still post as a guest on the 'guest' board (bottom of the homepage) in order to promote debate about William and the whole era.

Housecarl and WRTF:
I, for one, would encourage the WRTF to join the Anglo-Saxon site and at least raise questions on whatever subject you desire to raise regarding that era. I am also curious to know what other message boards(as we call these things on this side of the Pond) you are members of. I'd be happy to join such other groups.
