Oil cooler support
If you add an uppsr oil cooler support to keep your oil cooler from shaking around and breaking mounting ears etc... Don't bolt the upper strap to the cooler and the engine. Instead, zip tie it. I use 4 or 5 zip ties around each upper mount hole, It holds great, and if you are in an accident, the zip ties will break and allow the oil cooler to move freely without twisting and or breaking the cooler and its mounting tabs. This is especially helpfull when the 3-pass oil cooler is used. It is taller than the single pass and will to flop around on the stock oil cooler mount on rough tracks if a support is not added to the top of the cooler.

Re: Oil cooler support
Using zip ties will not support the cooler enough. The vibration from the engine and rough tracks will cause the zip ties to loosen or break. If you dont catch it right away the floppy loose cooler will cause it to break the mount on the bottom and rendure your cooler useless. i would suggest a solid mount on the top and then dont hit anyone. Youll have no problem with this procedure and the cooler will last for years.

Re: Oil cooler support
I had mine mounted solid at the top, and the ear broke off from the lower mount flexing on rough tracks. Have not had a zip tie come loose when miltiple are used around wach end of the upper mount, and have not broken a tab since using this method.
The single pass oil coolers are not as tall as the 3-pass, so they will not flop around as much on the flimsy lower mount.
