Re: PENALTIES ASSESSED DURING BRISTOL RACE
I didn't forget Ratty...check rule 13...this is his first "offense" this is your second.... check rule...
actually your penalty should be harsher if you go back to your first penalty... but you have been doing better so I went back to rule 13 and considered this your second offense...

Re: PENALTIES ASSESSED DURING BRISTOL RACE
this wasnt aggressive driving tho...this was blatant retaliation...he hit me hard...i was surprised my car wasnt broke after that...what if it did? what if i was out of the race because of this? he didnt stop there...he kept cussing at me and threats kept coming and he kept on trying to hit me...i was just trying to avoid him...there was one bad move that race on my part and it was a bit aggressive...but i was not under any circumstance trying to take him out...
if were talking about 1st, 2nd, 3rd offenses here he had about 3 during that first part of the race jusdging by how many times he tried taking me out...and if u heard what he was saying u wouldnt let him just fly by either

Re: PENALTIES ASSESSED DURING BRISTOL RACE
Quit crying...If you wernt so agressive/impatient, none of this wouldve happened..
And besides, you wrecked you own car, again, on lap 141.
Nobody else dropped out of the race besides you, maybe you were driving/trying a little bit hard? Only so many time you can hit the wall/other cars and keep going.

Re: PENALTIES ASSESSED DURING BRISTOL RACE
Ratty...I'm on it dawg
All Nuffers...it is possible to have a harsher penalty than rule 13 depending on how bad the offense was. I have already ruled and won't change here.... but Ty... you can't justify a wrong with a wrong...and you were blatantly disrespectful of the rules and in fact were intentionally trying to wreck another car....I understand your reasoning...but that's all it is...a reason...no excuse.
Please consider this warning an extremely harsh one...I will move directly to the 3rd violation rule if needed. I'm sure you understand and will comply.
BTW: I really appreciate the optomisitic words of resolution from you all...especially Abbott, Big Mike, Pooh, jeremy and others I may have missed..including NRL admins.
Thanks !

Re: PENALTIES ASSESSED DURING BRISTOL RACE
what if i took tyber out like that? i wouldve been penalized after the race i know it...
i just want consistency here...
and one more thing...everyone wants me and tyber to get along but its impossible if he doesnt take responsibility for his actions and treat me with a little more respect...

Re: PENALTIES ASSESSED DURING BRISTOL RACE
i had a very long reply written b4 that and it just disappeared...lets start with what i had going into that last statement...
im looking for consistency...jeremy took me out late in the race at texas, not on purpose of course...i was in first at the time and my car had problems on restarts so i went low every time giving anyone ample opportunity to drive by on the high side b4 the line...well on a restart jeremy tried passing me low b4 the line and took me out...id say thats a bit aggressive...
imagine if it were me and tyber...imagine i took tyber out on accident...i wouldve been penalized after the race...
