another example here is this...
what if the rolls were reversed...what if i waited on the track for tyber after he did something like that to me in the turn and i blatantly took him out...and after that kept trying to wreck him...i feel the punishment wouldve been very severe..and my aggressive driving violation wouldve been cited as a first violation...again this wasnt aggressive driving...it was BLATANT retaliation to the extreme...so in that respect he could be cited for his first warning after he was bashing mke in the forums after everything had calmed down...anyways if the rolls were reversed it wouldve been way different...
ive been driving with my name highlighted in bright red (figurtively) ever since daytona...every move of mine has been under the microscope...its a lot of pressure for me knowing that im going to be treated different for my mistakes than others...and when i see this it makes me even more frustrated...i have no problem with my penalty but i just want the same for everyone else who makes bad decisions out there

one last thing...
everyone here has been calling for this to be a sim league and for punishments to resemble those handed down by nascar in such events...my punishment was about spot on--passing below the yellow line---a black flag and probably a points penalty following the race...
but if a real nascar driver waited for another on the track to take him out and then to continue afterwards? i dont feel nascar would treat a penalty such as this with just a formal warning...what if my car wouldve broke??? he hit me hard enough it nearly was...what if i wasnt able to continue because of retaliation?? that wouldve been a damn shame for something so ridiculously stupid...
all i want is some consistency...i dont want to type this but im starting to believe the admins may be afraid to penalize tyber after they did last time---when he went berserk in the forums saying he was going to quit the league and all that nonsense...i dont want to believe it but after this? who knows...
all i want is consistency with everyone...i feel ive made my point...

i feel this is important too and i want to put it here again:
everyone wants me and tyber to get along but its impossible if he doesnt take responsibility for his actions and treat me with a little more respect

well Ratty...lol...you have a bit of history man.... you got a record....so by rule...of course your penalty would have been worse....
I think Ty understands my position and he will do betta...
I didn't get a formal complaint to review on Jeremy..and you said yourself that incident was not intentional... crashes via driver error will happen....
ask poohpooh..... whoops...gotta go to da john now...fill numba two comin

You want consistancy?...here it goes..
When you took me out at Tona, you would have recieved a black flag from Nascar.
When you took me out the 2nd time at Tona, you would have been sent to the pits and DQ'd for rough driving.
With that, you would also have a fine 10,000+ and more likely a 3-5 race suspension. Which means you wouldnt be at Bristol.
Even if you were, Nascar with your previous rough driving record, when u went below the yellow line, and took out the leader of the race, would have automatically sent you to the pits for the rest of the race. They dont allow idiots to go on the track, and race like morons.
Also, if this had been real like Nascar, my car wouldve been out of the race, I simply would have thrown my steering wheel at you, and still said a few choice words, slapped your visor or w/e, and went on.
HAD this been my local track and sanctioning body, i would have kicked your a**, payed my 1000$ fine, and would be back next week.
Hows that for consistancy?

Also, i can really tell whos moved on and became a more mateur driver out of you and jeremy.
It took skill to do when jeremy did and not wreck me, and thats racing short track style. 
Anybody can run in over their head and take someone out.

i think this explains u best at bristol when u took me out
and u have yet to say anything about what u did
im done answering ur posts and im done racing with u period..im racing track b for now on...id rather have fun than race in the same room with u running ur mouth every week...ur just going on like that whole 5 minute rant where i couldnt count the mf words u said never happened...
u have yet to treat me with any respect in this league...i make 1 mistake at bristol and u go off...even the pros make mistakes at bristol ...im done with u...every time i extend the olive branch u do nothing in return...im done...dont mention me in these forums ever again and dont ever talk to me in qualifying ever again

You still cant even admit it was your fault, even in the face of adversity, thats just plain out being ignorant..
So which story is it Ratty? My fault, your fault, your attitude is so poor you can even get your story straight. YOU took YOUSELF out of the race.
Go race track b, personnaly idc, i wont have to listen to you cry and complain about how crappy your car is, and you even run assist, and you STILL arent half the car i can come up with.

Me racing like a moron, I think I only had one complaint the rest of the night when i spun and hit pink in the drivers side door. How many times do we need to hear "ratty you shouldve called that" "thanks ratty" to know who the real moron is?
I think its coming down to jealousy, i think your flat out jealous of ppl like me, tb and abbot. Running my mouth everyweek? lawl, just shutup, i havent race with u the past 2 weeks, blah blah blah, go cry me a rivier.
You want respect, earn it. I dont have to like you to race with you. Keep mouthing on forums and youll give me a reason to strongly dislike you. Your respect went out the door in Tona when you took out several cars on quite possibly the easiest track to race on. Learn to control your own car before you start to ridicule someone elses driving. Name one person ive taken out for driving like an idiot? And you dont count cus u got what you had coming to you.
