A suggestion for D/C
Personally, with how random the disconnects are this might work...
Most of us know, if 1 racer goes, 9 times out of 10 the rest of us are going to go soon.
So, lets have it this way,
When a racer gets disconnected, give him a grace period of 10-20 laps (depending on track, which WE as a group will all agree on before the race) If everyone else gets d/c also within that set "grace period" allow that racer to come back, recieve credit for the missed laps, and restart on the back of the field. If everyone remaining in the race does not get d/c, and we race beyond the "grace period" then that racer would be counted out at the lap of which he left. This would go for anyone, no matter the position.
D/C should be treated like a technical failure of the car.
