I think that would be great to expand one of those games (or both). I'd rather go to NR2003 but I also have Nascar SimRacing. I'm getting a new PC so I remembered all the fun I've had with NR2003. We could get a full race of 43 humans! Then no one would be left out. People already have servers in case Sierra DOES decide to terminate Nrs003's.
