It is on the compatible list, and I have talked with XBOX and they told me to contact my ISP, but there is no problem with my modem. Did you have to do anything special with your Linxsys as far as set up?

I was getting a diffrent thing then open just wasn't what your getting. I end up moviing my router right next to my 360 tested it....And it fixed it. Have you updated the firmware lately.....
