So, so, so good! Their sound engineer (am I using the right term?) Norris, was kind enough to let me hang out in the sound booth with him during COC's set! Awesome view, and the sound was perfect - as in, my ears weren't in pain from being so close to the speakers, like in Nottingham. It was amazing. I drank my JD & coke and tried to stay out of the way while the guys in the sound booth did their thing(s).

Met a lot of lovely folks from the COC board, and saw the guys afterwards. They were, once again, very sweet and accommodating. emoticon

Yep - Norris' job title is "Live Sound Engineer"

... and Jilly - I've not had any chance to catch up much with you since I missed the London gig - did you actually manage to speak with Woody that evening? I know you wanted to, but he didn't hang around for long in Nottingham, and I aint seen you since then, chick ...

I did indeed. He was on the bus later. Had a lovely chat with him. Was delighted to find out he's as sweet in person as he seems in interviews. emoticon

Please remember, I was somewhat inebriated in these photos. Hence the squinty eyes, the weird expressions, and the, um, several pictures that all look quite similar. I think I snapped a bunch during two songs and then put the camera away. emoticon
