Pepper Drawing

I want to do a drawing of Pep, but I need a good picture to work off of. Think you girlies could help me find one? I'd like a black and white one if possible, and with a lot of his face, not so much body. I am better at close-ups. If you could help me I would appreciate it very much, you'll get a very nice reward. emoticon
