Dy, I had my hair cut RIDICULOUSLY short 2 summers ago, by a horrible accident...and I hated it when it was that short, but after it grew out a bit I really liked it cause I could do neat things with it, and turn it into bangs if I wanted without having to cut them, & stuff, and I've always ALWAYS liked having my hair short and getting haircuts, but I've been really scared to get it cut ever since the short haircut fiasco, but now I'm beginning to wonder...

Back in 2000 I cut my hair really short (almost like a male hair cut--slightly layered on top and down to 1/2 inch at the back and nape)...Since my stroke its hard for me to really mess with my hair (before it was down to my waist as well)...and cutting it short like I did makes its so much easier for me (its hard for me to hold my arms up for very long--so a quick scrub, rinse and I'm done).
I take it you plan to go to a salon to have it cut...they usually have mags ....look through them until you find a style you like....and make sure the person doing the cutting is well versed in doing what the customer wants the right way (ask questions of existing customers if you've never been to that salon before)

I am incapable of making decisions for myself...
I know the salon I'd go to, I've been there before & the girl I would have do my hair always does really good...
However, I'm starting to have second doubts, I dunno if I really want to cut my hair...it's taken me over 2 years just to get it this long, I dunno if I really wanna cut it...Plus, I really kinda wanted to grow it really long & then get it cut & donate it to that cancer wigs thing...Locks of Love I think it's called. Sooooo, I dunno. Plus, the voting has been really close here & @ TBC (I posted this there too), so I dunno. I mean, if it was like a big unanimous thing, I would def do it, but damn, it's so close!
