My nephew and other pics

Ok, first off I FINALLY got shots of the newly redone living room (only took me all summer! emoticon

Came out pretty well (the room, not the photos), if I do say so myself.

Now then, here's my nephew Brendan on the job as drum major (the first photo is my brother's, not mine):

This is the band coming on the field, Brendan is on the far right, leading them:

And this is Brendan's older brother, Sean, my oldest nephew, coaching his soccer team (Sean's in the white hat...not a great shot, but we were on the other side of the field!):

I love the color scheme........it totally suits the style of the room! GOOD JOB LADY! emoticon

Now......your Nephew Brendan, he's mighty handsome in his uniform! emoticon

(Hubby was in the band. *winks*) And he looks so proud to be a leader!

And thank Sean for taking the time to coach his soccer team. That takes time and effort and a ton of caring!

Thanks Queeny...we tried to keep the decor to the original style of the house (it was built sometime in the 20's, we think). The credit has to go to my mother though...pays to have an artist in the family! emoticon

As for Brendan...yes, he absolutely loves being a drum major, gets very "into" it...and does a great job!

And Sean is a special ed teacher as well as coach, so he comes by it naturally. He does a terrific job of motivating his kids and they love him!
