Las Cruces Pictures....NEW added Dec.2

Just thought I'd share a few pictures with you all of my weekend...
These first two, I took with my new cell phone camera! They are of our favorite Mexican food place and it's huge ROSE bushes......still in bloom in NOVEMBER!

These were taken in old town Mesilla, just down the street from us. Some old buildings, a place that was making BRICKS the old......very OLD fashioned way and a strolling Mariachi band!

These are a few of the Farmers market, in downtown Las Cruces every Wednesday and Saturday, year round!

And these are of "FALL" one tree and of the Sunrise this morning!

OH and Ginger waiting for us to return!

What great pictures...that sunrise is gorgeous!

Lucky you having a farmer's market...wish we had one nearby. Used to have one in the last town we lived in and it absolutley rocked.

I love the Farmers market...it runs year around here, every Wednesday and Saturday! I noticed a lot of arts and crafts this time....so I'll bet as the Winter rolls on we'll find more crafts like for Christmas and more baked goods! emoticon

Took these pictures last night at Sunset...

this was taken from outside of Las Cruces..looking down on the town (pretty WIDE, but I wanted a panoramic view)...but not last night...

And this was taken last week during the full moon....it was perfectly over the ORGAN Mountains.

Oh they are beautiful pics Queeny...I wish we had a vehicle to where we could get the Farmer's Market in Chattanooga...(it's indoor and Gigantic--like the size of a football stadium)...it also has the Arts and Crafts....

Have you had a chance to visit Taos...the Arts and Crafts they have are FANTASTIC. I've been through there a few times...when I lived in Las Cruces they didn't have the Farmer's Market Downtown...(or if they did I always missed it)...I love fresh vegetables.

We've not gotten to TAOS yet...it's quite a drive from here. But we are hoping to get through there going to my parents next Spring!
I wish you could get to the farmers market too....the veggi's are so much better than any store! :grin:

Funny you should mention that...I have a girlfriend opening one of those online places where you can go and download someones pictures for a fee, or have them made into posters etc...for a fee.
She is just getting started, but I will be putting up some of my own work...who knows! emoticon

I have a girlfriend in MN who is like that...she would HATE it here....but then she HATES everything! She can be such a downer at times... emoticon

And this is a pretty crappy picture I took with my Cell phone camera..(not a very good camera!)
