Email Address Book Protection

Here's a trick I know to protect your computer, email, Address book and others.

Most viruses of today work with your address book to spread to other systems and other people. They send themselves to everyone in your book, Oneat a time from A - Z. They are very methodical.

All you need to do is create a new entry for your address book and in the name & email place this: AAAAAAA@AAA.AAA. The virus gets caught in a loop as there is no real name or address. It can't move forward as this is the 1st one encountered. This gives your email security any additional time it needs if the virus came in thru another email a picture or even from another computer from another address book to stop it.

I've heard of doing things like that for protection....ummmmm, let me go check....my hubby set up mine to do some thing like that......
OK....so the very first entry in my address book is....
Name: !000
Email address: WormAlert
