The fall of Cay Sunrider

50 years ago the Jedi were protectors and defenders of the galaxy. Then Palpatine declared the Jedi traitors. A small band of Jedi were able to escape, Led by Andor Sunrider and Foutch, The Jedi found themselves crossing the Hyperspace boundary. Where this band of 20 discovered a only planet called Earth. Landing near Geneva in the country of Switzerland, The Jedi set up inside a mountain, where they watched and learned about the planets history. 50 years later the Jedi have spread out around the world, finding Force strong citizens to train in the force. Not all is well, with the Death of Andor Sunrider, the Jedi turn to Jedi Master Foutch for leadership, all but the Jedi Master Jace Thantos.
Master Thantos has discovered the ancient power of the Sith in a cave hidden deep in the American Rockies. With this power Thantos seeks to turn the Jedi against the Jedi Council. He begins with the disgruntled heir to the Sunrider name, Cay.

Madison, WI. September, 11th 2001

Cay Sunrider stood on the porch of his flat, he had been troubled by visions for the last week, and now it was looking like it would be another long night. His dreams had been plagued by images of planes crashing, buildings falling and people dying. But when he went to the Jedi Council they said his visions were merely bad dreams. At the time he accepted their ruling, but as the days went by his visions became more clear and painful to the point he was avoiding sleep when he could. However even that was failing, he was now seeing them during the day. And so he stood on his porch looking out into the morning sky. In the living Room the TV was showing the Today Show as his room mate watched eating breakfast. Suddenly he felt it, the death of lots of people. He griped the hand rail as he heard the gasp of his roommate. The newscaster on the Today show had just announced that a plane had crashed into the World Trade Centers. Soon afterwards he again felt the death and pain of dozens dying, just as the news camera showed a plane crashing into the other tower. As his roommate watched in shock, Cay felt the anger building inside of him. Reaching out with the force he focused on the pain he felt, as he tried to comfort the people he touched he felt the building fall followed soon after by the other one. Falling to his knees he could do nothing, only one thing running through his mind; 'they could have stopped it'

Madison WI. September 11, 2002

It had been a year since the trade centers fell, a year that so hardship and pain. After the events of 9-11 Cay turned to his grandfather Andor, who had helped him come to terms with the Council and his vision. Andor had taught him that The future is cloudy and not easy to see, that the council didn't act because alone Padawn's visions weren't ones to be followed by the Jedi Masters of the Council. Andor had helped Cay get over his anger, then he died. When he had died Cay had lost a master he followed, leaving him a drift causing the Council to fear what would happen. The Answer for them was Master Thantos, Master Foutch had sent Cay to Thantos. Since then Cay had begun to master the force at an alarming rate and that troubled Foutch. So much so that he had sent two Jedi Nicolis Sunrider, Cay's own brother, and Samantha Adams, who was brought into the order by Cay, to keep an eye on him.

Cay Sunrider sat in the school cafeteria picking at his lunch, the Visions were back, but this time instead of the events of 9-11, they were of something else, a rape and murder of someone he knew, Heather Wright. Just as he was about to take a bite, he saw the person he had seen in his vision. Freezing he dropped his lunch and watched him. When he got up Cay saw that he was following Heather, he grabbed his bag and followed him. Using the force to hide him from the mans site he followed as the man followed Heather down the hall. Suddenly a man jumped out of a room and grabbed Heather pulling her into the room. The man Cay was following quickly ran into the room and closed it behind him. When Cay reached the door Heather was on the floor her shirt ripped open, a man held her down as another was working on her pants, another three men were working on there pants. Looking in Heathers fear filled face Cay felt Anger brewing in his gut. Pulling open the door he walked in the three undoing there pants came running at him, Using the Force he sent all three crashing into the far wall. The one pining Heather to the ground got up and ran at him but Cay pushed him into another wall. That left only one guy standing.

"Hey man," The leader stood up and looked Cay over.. "What's your beef."

"You are," Cay circled the leader of the gang.

"That's to bad," the man pulled a knife. "Now I'm going to cut you."

"Then you die," Cay raised his hand and pointed it towards the leader

Nicolis Sunrider and Samantha Adams were hanging out outside the school when they began to feel the dark feelings. Running inside they found the room where Heather was taken with in minutes of entering the building. Inside Cay stood across from a man with a knife.

"Then you die," he had said.

Before they could interfere, Lightning shot from Cay's finger tips striking the leader in the chest . They could only watch as Cay used powers they had heard about but never seen before. When the lightning stopped all 5 thugs were dead and Cay stood victorious. Nicolis and Samantha stepped into the room to see what had been done, Heather in the corner hands holding her shirt together with a look of fear on her face.
Cay turned to look at the two of them and smiled revealing his now yellowish eyes.

"Hello Brother," Cay said flatly.

"Cay, what have you done," Nic said, Horrified.

"I did what a Jedi is supposed to do, Nicolis, protect the weak," Cay hissed

"That's not what Jedi should do," Nic replied. "We don't kill people no mater what the crime."

"That's why you are weak," Cay roared.

Suddenly the snap hiss of a lightsaber broke the air and Cay's lightsaber came to life inside his bag, slicing through the it. Cay Grabbed the black hilt and attacked Nicolis. Nicolis barely got out of the way and activated his lightsaber and went on the defensive. Cay remained on the offensive striking with incredible power that nearly broke Nic's arm after one hit. Samantha could only watch as the two brothers fought, she was amazed at how fast and Strong Cay was. She had known him since the sixth grade and never had he seemed that Powerful and yet here he was ripping Nic apart, the fight had gone on for only five minutes yet Nic was breathing heavy, was bleeding and was covered in sweat.

"Cay," he panted. "We don't have to do this."

"Oh yes we do," Cay hissed as he swung at Nic's head. "Our whole lives have been leading to this moment. The Jedi Council thinks they can toss me aside just because your stronger then I am, I will so them the error of their ways."

"That's not what happened," Nic exclaimed.

"Oh that's what you think," Cay said as he took another swing at Nic's head.

Suddenly Nic tripped over a body and fell to the ground his lightsaber sliding away from him. Cay stood over him his Dark Green Lightsaber just inches from Nics chest. Before he could finish the job Samantha activated her Yellow Lightsaber and charged at Cay. Cay moved to take her one when suddenly Lightning came from the door way. A tall hooded figure strode into the room appearing to glide as he moved.

"They are not ready young Cay," he said. "Let them be."

"As you command My Master," Cay deactivated his lightsaber.

"Let them lick there wounds," he ordered. "They must get ready for the coming days."

Jedi Temple, Geneva, Switzerland. September 12th.

Jedi Master Foutch Looked out the large window that overlooked the lake below, he was lost in thought, Cray Sunrider walked quietly into the room and waited until Foutch acknowledged him. It seemed like hours had gone when Foutch turned from the window and look at Cray, his red eyes looking down at him.

"How is the girl," he said in a raspy voice.

"She is recovering, her physical injuries were not bad, her mental ones are worse," Cray took his place at Foutch's side to look out the window.

"And what of Jedi, Nicolis and Samantha," Foutch asked.

"They will be fine," Cray replied. "Jedi Adams will take a few days to recover from the burns but she will be fine."

"Do we know who that man was yet," Foutch asked.

"We have some suspects, but its looking like it may be Thantos," Cray answered.

"Master Thantos," Foutch repeated. "He was one of the critics when I replaced your father, Andur."

"Yes, he was." Cray responded. "What of my son."

"I fear we may have been blind," Foutch said.

"He blames us for being slow and allowing the attacks of 9-11 to happen, Cray said.

"I hope we can save him before he is lost forever to the dark side," Foutch replied. "This is the calm before the storm, I hope we are ready for it."

In this part I interduce another group of chracters, including Cay's other Brother.
Cay's Sith name Darth Morthor is a play off the spanish word for Fatal, mortífero

The Rise of Morthor

Five months have past since CAY SUNRIDER left the Jedi order and joined his master, THANTHOS. The Jedi have searched for the fallen Jedi across the globe with no luck. The Jedi Council finding HEATHER WRIGHT to have great talent in the Force has taken her in to be trained as a Jedi Knight.
Deep in a desert base Thantos has put together his plan to reshape the world. For Five months Cay Sunrider has trained in the ways of the Sith, using old Holocrons and records as his guide. Breaking from his studies only to follow his masters bidding. With the additions of the Mandalorian army led by Mandalore and two young women, Scarlet and Jade to do Cay's will Thantos is ready to begin his war with the Jedi.

JEDI TEMPLE; GENIVA, SWITZERLAND
February, 2002

Nic Sunrider walked through the hollowed out halls of the mountain complex where the Jedi Temple had been located for the last 50 some years. Nic was always awed by the feat it had to have been to hollow out the mountain. He could remember hearing his Grandfather, Andor Sunrider, tell of the months it took to carve out the halls, the Rooms and the training centers at the bottom of the mountain base, above the hanger bay where the battleship and its fleet of fighter were kept. In all there were three rooms where Jedi went to workout and practice their skills. At the moment the Jedi's newest member, Heather Wright was working on her Lightsaber skills under the watchful eye of Master Nick Write. When Master Write ordered a brake Nic moved over to where they were standing.

"Greetings Jedi Sunrider," Write said. "How was the trip?"

"It was quite," Nic replied. "How is the training?"

"It is going well, though I may not agree with the speed it is going." Write said as he looked over to Heather. "But the Council wishes me to hurry, so she will be ready incase Cay comes after her."

"So I gather you're with the council's assessment that Thantos had a reason for picking Heather." Nic asked.

"She is strong in the force, maybe the strongest Earth born Jedi we've had, not counting those who had Jedi as parents of course." Write said.

"Of course," Nic repeated somberly. It was no secret among the Jedi Order that Nic Sunrider was regarded as the most powerful Jedi of the order. A fact that had a hand in Cay's downfall.

"So I take it you made your report?" Write asked, changing the subject.

"Yes, I informed Masters Foutch and my father of my findings." Nic said.

"I take it wasn't positive," Write asked.

"Not really," Nic sighed. He had been on a month long mission to track down his brother, but had found nothing. Only a report of a sighting by the daughter of the president who had been found alive after being kidnapped a week earlier her kidnappers had been killed before the Police could get to her. "I found a couple force strong families but no Cay."

"He's out there some where," Write commented after a quick pause. "I just wish we knew what Thantos was planning to do."

Thantos' base; ROCKY MOUNTAIN RANGE, COLORADO

The room was dark, only the center lit by a single light hanging from the ceiling. He had been sitting in the dark room for months, learning everything he could from the Holocrons and records Thantos had given him, leaving only to over see the training of his so called claws and to follow out small missions testing his growing skills. He was gaining in power everyday as he learned more about the powers of the Sith. Soon he would be ready for what ever mission Thantos wanted him to do. Somewhere in the Darkness the sound of soft footsteps echoed, getting closer to the light. Cay Sunrider looked up at the tall figure as it stepped into the light.

Thantos was an older man of 50ish and was of average height. He wore a simple black cloak that covered his muscular build. His graying hair cut short and his beard neatly trimmed. He looked like the guy next door to most people, however to Cay it was clear who Thantos really was, a dark Jedi powerful enough to kill. In contrast Cay's black hair was long running in front of his face and down past his solders. He wore a black Goatee otherwise he was clean shaven. Shirtless, Thantos could clearly see the Sith Tattoo at the base of Cay's neck. Thantos knew full well that someday soon Cay the Sith Lord would overtake Thantos the Dark Jedi but he didn't care.

"What is my bidding," Cay went to his knees and bowed before Thantos.

"You are to go to Madison, Wisconsin. A small group of Jedi are there still taking part in there earth jobs. It is time for our war to start. You will confront these Jedi and battle them. It is of no concern to me if you kill these Jedi or not but defeat them." Thantos stood before Cay. "Do not fail me again."

"Yes master," Cay flexed his right hand in response to Thantos' threat.

Cay remained on his knees long after Thantos left, deep in meditation he prepared for his first test against the Jedi, the same people who had been his friends only months earlier. He knew who the Jedi were in Madison. They had been his close friends while he was living in the city. Alyson Head and her boyfriend Brandon Roberts, both Jedi students who had trained under Nick Write. Angie Cook a young women from Door County Wisconsin who had trained under Cay's own grandmother Nomi Sunrider. Among the Jedi was Cay's younger brother Jacen Sunrider. Thantos of course knew this as well which was way he was sending Cay to battle his friends. One last test to see if he was truly ready to join him. If he had to destroy his friends then so be it.

Madison, Wisconsin

Jacen Sunrider loaded up the last of the supplies he and Brandon Roberts were Stand runners for the concessions group and were at the moment loading up the stands for the 2nd day of the Circus. It was going to be a long day and with the loss of there co worker, Jacen's brother Cay, they would be shorthanded. Jacen had told his boss Karen Davis that Cay was on a road trip with some friends, and as far as everyone was concerned that was the truth. But Jacen knew the truth, Cay was missing and had been since his attack on Nic. Also working in the building was Brandon's girlfriend Alyson Head, who was in the other building and Angie Cook who ran the bank for the company. They all knew some of the truth, The Council would only tell them that Jedi Knight Cay Sunrider was missing. Out Side of the Council and Cay's family only two other people knew the truth. It was hoped that Cay would be found and brought back before Thantos could unleash Cay on what ever Thantos' target was.

Angie Cook was making her rounds when she felt a cold chill run down her spine. Feeling uneasy she reached for the radio and quickly asked that Jacen come up to the third floor. When she turned around she saw the tall dark form standing near one of the walk ways into the arena. The figure was dressed in what appeared to be black leather with a black hooded cloak concealing his form. Angie moved the radio back up to her mouth but before she could speak the radio was sent flying across the hall and hitting a wall. The figure took a step forward and pulled the hood off his head to reveal his face. Angie looked in shock as she saw the face of her friend the missing Cay Sunrider. His hair was longer and tied back into a pony tail and he had a jet black goatee. But the most startling detail Angie could see was that his eyes seemed to almost glow, his soft brown eyes replaced with a cold yellow and red.

"Cay?" Angie reached into the big she was carrying and wrapped her hand around her Lightsaber.
"Cay is dead, I am Darth Morthor," Cay pulled his own lightsaber out from beneath his cloak. "And you Jedi must die."

Cay's blood red blade ignited filling the hall with the soft buzzing hum of his lightsaber. Angie pulled her lightsaber out of her bag and set the bag down on the floor as she ignited her violet blade. Behind her Jacen stopped dead in his tracks when he saw Cay and Angie ready to battle. He pulled out his lightsaber and activated his green blade and stepped towards Cay. Angie was the first to be attacked, Cay took one giant step towards her and brought his saber down towards her head. Scrambling backwards she barely blocked the blow. Smelling blood Cay pressed his attack driving Angie further back until Jacen joined in to the battle. But instead of gaining the upper hand, Cay continued to press his attack, driving them back towards the food stand. Realizing the danger to the people working on the floor Jacen retreats into the arena taking Angie with him as Cay went after them. When Jacen reaches the railing separating the levels Cay kicks him in the chest, sending him over the railing down to the next level, leaving Angie alone. Angie sensing help coming leaps over the railing to the next level 10 feet below landing near where Jacen laid on the floor. Cay looked down to the lower level, watching as Angie helped Jacen to his feet.

"Why, Cay," Angie cried.

"Because the Jedi are weak, we have the power to bring peace to the planet and they do nothing." Cay watched as Jacen got to his feet. "No more, it is time for a new order."

"You don't need to do this," Jacen groaned.

"Yes," Cay stepped up to the railing. "I do."

Cay leaped from the 3rd level to where Jacen and Angie had rested on the 2nd. His lightsaber sprung to life when he reached the floor and restarted the fight.

Brandon was over visiting his girlfriend in the Expo all when he felt the call for help. When he looked at Alyson he knew at once that she had also felt it. Making sure they both had their lightsabers the two of them ran to the golf cart parked behind the hall and drove towards the coliseum. Alyson wasted no time when they got to the back entrance, before the cart had stopped she had leaped out and ran into the arena where she saw three figures fighting with Lightsabers on the other side of the arena. Making up her mind she chose to cut across the arena to save time. Meanwhile Brandon had shut off the cart and had ran up the stairs to level 3 to get around the storage area. When he reached another set of stairs he leaped down them to return to the 2nd floor and rounded the corner to see Angie go flying after getting kicked after checking to see if she was ok he activated his lightsaber he took Angie's place in the battle. Alyson activated her lightsaber and went in for the attack making it three on one. But rather then retreat Cay used the force to call Angie's lightsaber to him and held off the three of the them with two lightsabers. Cay soon led them to the arena floor, where he began to use the force to toss objects on the floor around, making the Jedi duck and avoid getting hit by the thrown objects. Alyson lunged at Cay only to have her blade knocked away by Angie's Violet blade, knocking her off balance, while she stumbled she hit her head on the announcers platform knocking her out. Distracted by his Girlfriends injury Brandon never saw Cay's swing which narrowly missed hitting Brandon's hand but sliced his lightsaber in two. Shocked at the loss of his lightsaber he was left defenseless has Cay shoved him back into the tiger cage, knocking the wind out of him. By this time Angie had gotten her wind back and ran down to the floor, calling Alyson's Lightsaber to her she rejoined the fight which was now heading out into the hallway. Cay ducked down from Angie's wild swing and kicked his foot out tripping Angie sending her into a coat rack. The group of circus personal was sent fleeing as Cay and Jacen battled towards the backstage area. Angie untangled herself from the coats and ran after the two of them. Jacen side stepped Cay's swing which went through the concessions office door cutting in in half. Spinning around Cay blocked Angie's downswing with both Lightsabers, allowing Jacen to have an opening. But Cay was to fast, he knocked away Angie's blade and deflected Jacen's attack driving it into what was left of the office door. Jacen retreated towards the loading area leading Cay away from the narrow hall. Angie trying to take advantage of the opening attacked Cay from behind. Side stepping the Attack Cay slammed Angie's head into the door jam of the office door, she fell through the ruined door and landed in the office unconscious. Leaving only Jacen and Cay alone as Brandon regained his wind and ran to the opening leading backstage. With no Lightsaber Brandon picked up a lead pipe that had broken lose during the fight across the floor. Taking a Swing at Cay's head he could only watch in awe as Cay stepped back and sliced cleanly through the pipe as he passed through where Cay had been standing only moments earlier Cay spun around and drove Angie's blade into the back of Brandon's leg sending him crumpling to the floor. Now with his back to the garage door and a small crowd forming Jacen was alone, taking a defensive stance he waited for the attack. But it never came, Jacen watched breathing heavily as Cay deactivated Angie's Lightsaber and tossed to the floor near where Brandon laid on the ground holding the back of his leg.

"This isn't your time," Cay said suddenly. "But it will come, my master has foreseen it."

The Battle was over, Cay had simply turned around and left Jacen standing there in shock feeling for the first time the pain and soreness in his body. Four Jedi had fought Cay and he soundly defeated three of them and had Cay wanted to Jacen had no doubt Cay would have defeated him as well. After checking to see if Brandon was ok he went to check on Angie, he found her laying on the floor in the doorway, blood leaking out of the head wound where she hit the door jam, from behind him he heard a groan and turned to see Alyson also bleeding from a head wound.

"Well that didn't go well," She managed to say.

"We need to return to the Temple at once." Jacen looked around to see several of his co workers, circus workers and performers and other witnesses. "And inform them what happened, and that our secrets out."

JEDI TEMPLE; GENIVA, SWITZERLAND

Jedi Master Foutch sat cross-legged on the floor as Cray read Jacen's report. Brandon had received a leg wound but was fine. Angie had a nasty cut over her eye and a severe concussion. Alyson had also had a nasty cut on her forehead but a light Concussion. Other then those all had minor bumps and bruises plus a couple small cuts. Otherwise all were fine and had recovered from there injures. Jedi Master Nick Write had gone and talked with the witnesses but the word was out, several news sources had released the story soon after the five of them returned to Geneva.

"So what was the purpose of young Cay's attack." Foutch asked after Cray finished the report.

"I wish I knew, it could be the first act in a larger battle." Cray looked out the windo behind Foutch, "Maybe he was trying to show he could do it, He defeated three well trained Jedi and had Jacen on the ropes before Cay left the battle."

"Destructive is what this battle will be," Foutch looked up at Cray sadly. "Cay Sunrider is no more, Darth Morthor has taken his place."

This is actully the first part in a 3 part Crossover with the TV Show Roswell. I interduce more members of the Jedi Council.

Attack of the Sith

One Month has passed since Cay Sunrider's attack on the Jedi in Madison. Reeling from the attack the Jedi have begun to assemble to begin planning to defend itself and the planet from Thantos and his Sith Darth Morthor. Jedi Knights have begun searching the planet for any signs that will lead them to Thantos' lair and his next target.
Meanwhile Thantos has sent Cay on a new mission, destroy the largest threat to his plans four aliens who were living among humans in Roswell, New Mexico.
Finding them will be no easy task; three of the aliens and their friends have gone under ground after being discovered by a covert government alien unit.

ROSWELL, NEW MEXICO
March 2003

Cay Sunrider stood outside the flaming remains of what had once been a dinner, run by the Parker's and a hang out for the Aliens who had befriended the owners daughter, Liz. The bodies of several of the town's population lay around but there was no sign of the girl or the girl's parents Jeff and Nancy Parker. Coming to him from across the street was one of his men, dressed in armor from the head down he was one of a hand picked team of soldiers called Mandalorians, led by their leader Mandalore who was leading another team across town along with both of his hands Jade and Scarlet, two young women trained in the arts of combat, weapons and hand to hand, and trained in the Jedi arts. Both Strong in the force they had become an extension of his will.

"My lord," the Mandalorian bowed when he finally reached him. "We have found no sign of the Parkers or the Evans. Its likely they were warned in some way."

"That will pose a problem," Cay looked down at the soldier through a black facemask that hid his face.
"We have found this." The Mandalorian handed over a book. "It appears to be a diary of some sort."

"Very well, this may prove useful," Cay looked the book over in his gloved hands. "Any word on the other team."

"They say they have captured a couple FBI agents who were watching the Evans' home. Your Hand, Scarlet is questioning them now." The man reported.

"Continue your search Captain," Cay dismissed the man while he proceeded to look through the diary.

When the search was over the team traveled across town to wear the others were waiting. They traveled in a line of 9 armored Hummers, Cay riding in the back of the 8th Hummer. It took the team only 5 minutes to reach the 2nd teams location and when they did they found a larger group of 15 Hummers and 4 Vans along with nearly 40 Mandalorians standing outside an empty building. All 40 of the men stood at attention as Cay stepped out of his Hummer and strolled silently to the front door his long black hooded Robe flowing behind him. Inside the building another group of 15 Mandalorians along with Mandalore and Jade stood in the center of the room where two beaten and bloody men were strapped to their chairs.

"Greetings Lord Morthor," Mandalore bowed slightly as Cay approached him.

"You've done well Mandalore," Cay stopped a few feet in front of Mandalore and turned to face the two men.

"They are from a group called Special Unit. They hunt alien beings, and are looking for our targets and have been for nearly a year." Mandalore informed Cay of what they had learned already. "Scarlet is in with the commanding officer now, he has proven tougher to break."

"A strong willed mind that one is," Jade said. "These two broke in minutes, the commander has lasted nearly a half hour."

"The Sith have ways of making even the strongest willed people talk," Cay spoke flatly as he measured the two men up and down.

I'll lead the way my Lord," Jade turned and led Cay to a small room where Scarlet had just slapped an older looking man across the face.

"My lord," Scarlet dropped to her knee and bowed as the man looked on in fear at Cay who stalked into the room, his face covered in a black mask. "This man has proven hard to break. He refuses to help us even though we are after the same targets."

"I see," Cay said in a dark voice that made the man tremble. Cay walked towards the man and placed a gloved hand on the top of the man's head. Reaching deep into the force he entered the man's mind and ripped out the man's knowledge. When Cay was finished the man slumped in the chair eyes open but staring at nothing, his breaths were shallow and raspy. "They are holding one of are targets at a base north of here, a blonde female. We're finished here, you may dispose of them."

Ft. Worth, Texas

Liz Parker-Evans looked like a normal 19 year old girl, but reality was she was on the run from a group known as Special Unit, a group of government people looking to kill them, and would have if not for the smart thinking of her Husband of 9 months Max Evans. At the moment they were waiting outside a Ft. Worth hotel for the arrival of the 4 people they cared most about. Their Parents. It have been a week since Liz had her vision, showing the deaths of both the Parkers and the Evans at the hands of a man dressed in black. They had decided to take the risk and warn their parents and have them come to Ft. Worth where they would meet and figure out what would happen next. Next to her Max Evans kept a watchful eye open for any sign of the four of them, as Liz was transfixed on the TV, which was showing scenes from Roswell that included the burnt remains of the Dinner, The Crashdown, which had been her home. The news also showed covered bodies of what the reported said were FBI agents. What troubled her was that witnesses had stated that a man dressed in black had been leading the group of armored attackers.

"Thank heavens you called," Came the voice of Max's sister Isabel from behind her.

"They would be dead now if I didn't" Liz replied somberly.

"Only after who ever did that got what he wanted," Isabel put a hand on Liz's shoulder to comfort her.

"Here they come," Max, pointed down the street where a white Van was heading towards them. When the Van stopped, Kyle Valenti stepped out of the driver's side door followed by the Parker and Evans' coming out the passenger compartment door. When Liz and Isabel saw their parents both ran to greet them tears running down their faces. Max stood back and watched the scene as Kyle walked up to him.

"Special Unit was on are tail for a while there, but they turned around suddenly when we got to Texas." Kyle told Max about the trip.

"It might have something to do with The Attack on Roswell." Max turned to the TV behind him that was showing pictures of three covered bodies, of which the reporter called government agents. "The Units base was attacked, based on the footage they were packing up for a move, likely to track you."

"No way," Kyle watched the scenes unfolded not noticing the newly reunited families joining him to watch. "Who?"

"Liz's man in black," Isabel answered the question. "We don't know who he is."

"Where are Michael and Maria?" Kyle asked.

"They are scouting out our next location." Max informed the group. "We should move just incase."

"Yeah, good idea," Kyle agreed. Once the now eight people were loaded up they went north to where Michael and Maria were waiting.

US Military base, 50 miles north of Roswell.

Sergeant Peter LeDoux stood at his post at guard station Alpha also known as the main entrance to the base. He didn't care much for his job since the base was highly restrictive and very few people were allowed in, most of the time he dealt with lost civilians or nosy tourists. At the moment though he was looking out down the road watching for any traffic when he noticed a group of trucks heading towards the front gate. After making a quick call to see if anything was expected he went out to confront the driver of the first car, while his buddies stayed in the booths.

"Hold it right there," Peter walked towards the door of the Hummer that had stopped in front of the gate. "You can't enter."

"That's a shame," the dark haired women driving the Hummer flashed a cold smile as the passenger pulled out a blaster and pointed it at Peter.

"What the…" Peter reached for his gun but was cut down by blaster fire, before the other guards could react; blaster fire rang out from the rear doors. When it was finished, all 6 guards were dead.

"Captain, pick several of your men to guard the gate." Mandalore looked back from the front passenger seat. "I suspect you can open the gate."

"Of course," Jade gave a wink to Mandalore as she stepped out of the Hummer and walked to the guardhouse. With a turn of a key the large gate started to open. Mandalore stepped out of the Hummer and ordered an attack.

Tess Harding looked over that the young man who was escorting her back to her cell, for nearly 10 months she had been locked up in a holding cell with only a light bulb and a small window that looked over the compound. The early days of her stay had been brutal. She had been stripped of clothes and locked in her cell naked, where for 7 days she was rapped and tortured during what her captures called the breaking in period. After that they punished her when she was unruly and reward her when she gave them what they wanted to know. It didn't take long before she had decided to give them what they wanted wither she knew it or not. She now had weekly integration sessions the rest of her time was spent in her cell or in a rec center where she worked out, where she had been for most of the morning. Now she was on her way back to her cell, along the way it became clear to her that something was up as soldiers ran in ever direction, in the distance she thought she heard the sounds of gunfire. Looking at her guard she could see that he was on edge. Suddenly the announcement came over the load speaker that answered most of her questions/

"The Base is under attack by an unknown force, we are under lock down all hands report to there stations." After the announcement the man led Tess by the arm to her cell where he locked her in.

Cay Sunrider walked through the front gate undisturbed by the battle taking place just yards ahead of him. The Mandalorians were making short work of the soldiers, mostly because of the armor and weapons they had were useless against the Mandalorians weapons and armor. Bodies laid all over the ground burning scorch marks from where the Mandalorian blasters hit them. Next to him both his hands stood by waiting for their orders as Mandalore led his men against the shrinking enemy force. Once the fighting in the area had moved away, Cay turned to his hands. "Locate the location of the captured alien, once you do bring her to me."

"Yes my lord," Jade and Scarlet both turned and headed towards the main building.

Tess stood at the window of her cell and watched the battle outside, she had been doing so for at least 5 minutes when she realized that the attacking army was using laser weapons and not hand guns like the all earth born units which meant they weren't likely from Earth. Tess decided they were likely coming after her, with nothing else to do she used the powers she hadn't used since her capture. She would never escape the compound before the battle due to the number of guards, but now due to fighting almost all the personal were busy giving her the chance to escape. She turned to the door and with a burst of energy blew the door from its hinges. With the door gone she looked out into the hall to see if anyone was coming. Once she was sure the hall was clear she ran to the exit at the end of the hall and made her way to the bottom floor, where she could get some gear and make her way to an empty car.

"Jack pot," she opened the first locker she found and found a pair of boots along with some extra gear. After pulling on the boots and grabbing the gear, she ran to the near by motor pool. For the first time she could feel the ground shake from the battle and actually saw the damage being done as well as catching her first view of the attackers. Dressed in armor from head to toe with a T shaped visor on the helmets faceplate, each soldier was dressed a like. Wasting little time she jumped into a waiting Hummer and sped away from the base.

Max was seated in the front passenger seat when the news came through the radio, an unknown force had attacked a military base and that all personal were killed in action. With a knowing look to Isabel seated behind the drivers seat he confirmed for her what she had to be thinking. Liz's man in black must have attacked the base, which was where the Special Unit was based.

"The same guy," Kyle asked from the drivers seat.

"I don't see why it wouldn't." Max looked over at Kyle with a grim look on his face.

Jedi Temple; Geneva, Switzerland.

Jedi Master Nick Write stood before The Alien Jedi Master Fouch and the rest of the Jedi Council, a group of the wisest Jedi Masters on the planet. The four of them sat in a semi circle with Fouch in the middle. Masters Cray Sunrider and his brother Master Ulic Sunrider sat at his side and Nomi Qel Droma at Ulic's right. Nick normally made up the 5th member of the council but at the moment he stood in the center of the room as Master Fouch addressed him.

"The Council have given you a major responsibility Master Write." Fouch spoke through the breath mask covering his mouth and nose that filtered the air which was filled with Oxygen a gas that was deadly to a person of Fouch's species.

"You will take a group of Jedi to find out what Darth Morthor is after," the youngest member at 30 years old Jedi Master Nomi Qel Droma spoke softly.

"Once you determine what he is after you will see to it that he doesn't get his hands on it." a dead ringer for his famous grandfather Andur Sunrider Ulic was a legendary swordsmen defeating his brother the outcast Jedi Korran Sunrider.

"You must be careful Master Write, though you are our greatest swordsmen, the dark side as made Morthor a dangerous enemy." Fouch continued.

"I will not let you down Masters," Nick looked at Cray Sunrider who looked sadly at Nick during the whole event. "If I can turn Cay from the dark side I will, I promise you this."

"May the Force be with you Master Write." Master Fouch finished the meeting.

After Nick left the room the remaining members of the council sat in silence for several minutes before Master Nomi Qel Droma stood up and walked to the massive window. She was the youngest and newest member of the council joining just months after the deaths of Andur Sunrider and her own father Jacen Qel Droma. She had been surprised to receive the invitation and was even more shocked to find that it had come from Master Fouch himself. She felt the approach of master Fouch behind her and turned to face him.

"You are troubled young one," Fouch said.

"He won't succeeded," Nomi looked to the door where Nick had left only minutes earlier.

"This will be a great test for all involved," Ulic stated from his chair.

"Cay will defeat him." Cray announced. "I have foreseen it,"

"The future is always in motion," Fouch degreed. "But if Master Write is defeated then things are much dire then we had believed."

Max Evans walked towards the lobby where Isabel had called him, she had to come quick and that was what he was doing. Once he arrived what he found was the last thing he had thought he would find, Tess. She was dressed in baggy military clothes and looked as if she had gone days with out sleep. "Tess?"

Tess looked at Max as he walked towards him, she smiled weakly before falling to her knees. Max was at her side before she hit the ground, and she was pulled to her feet by Michael and Kyle who were watching from the door way. Kyle picked her up and followed Max as they went to Isabel's room, where they ran into the Evans'.

"What happened Max?" Phil Evans watched as Kyle laid the now unconscious Tess down on the bed.

"I don't know she collapsed before I could talk to her," Max looked over at the girl who was the mother of his child who was now safe with new parents. She looked so frail as she laid on the top of the bed. "Did she say anything to you."

"No, she was happy that she had found us before it was to late, and asked if you were around," Isabel replied. "Then I called you."

"Ok," Max looked at the whole group who was now gathered. "Isabel, check her out, see if she has any wounds, have Liz Mom or Mrs. Parker help you."

"Why me," Isabel asked.

"Well I don't think one of the guys should do it," Max explained. "We should respect her modesty."

"I understand," Isabel reluctantly agreed with Max's reasoning and moved to the bathroom to grab some rags and a first aid kit.

"Let me help," Liz walked over to Isabel and grabbed an extra towel.

Leaving the Women in the room, Max and the others stood outside of the room and stood guard and waited as Isabel, Liz and their mothers cleaned Tess up and checked for any injuries. Liz came out a little while later to tell Max what they had found. They had found evidence of beatings, scars from past injuries and signs of medical testing.

"Do we know who did these things," Max shook his head has he heard the report.

"I think its safe to assume who it was," Isabel stepped out of the door way and shook her head. "How can someone do that?"

"I guess the next question is," Max looked at everyone as the stood in the hallway. "How did she get to us, if she was in their custody."

"Do you think it's a coincidence that she shows up here just days after Special Unit's HQ was destroyed." Michael voiced what everyone had been thinking.

"We're in trouble," Liz commented.

Ft. Worth, Texas

Darth Morthor stood alone in front of a run down motel as the Mandalorians searched the building room by room. Next to him his two hands stood at the ready, waiting to be given a command from their master. His two hands, Jade and Scarlet followed only his orders and no one else, not even Thantos could give them a command with out his ok.

"They were here, I can feel it through the force," Morthor looked over at Jade who simply nodded. "The Trail stops here I'm afraid."

"What should we do now Master," Jade asked.

"We will look for clues," Morthor declared. "They will not escape, I have foreseen it."
Roswell, New Mexico

Jedi Master Nick Write looked through the remains of what had been the Crashdown Café' the other Jedi with him was looking around the town to discover what it was that Morthor was after. He couldn't help but feel a sense of guilt over knowing his former student Cay Sunrider was the one who had done this. From behind him Jacen Sunrider approached him along with Angie Cook, Alyson Head and Brandon Roberts. All four of them had recently faced off with Cay only a few weeks ago.

"Master," Jacen stopped next to Nick.

"What have you found," Nick turned to look at the group of Jedi.

"The Owners of this café, the Parkers left in a white van just hours before the attack. As did the Evans'. Their house was also destroyed." Jacen gave his report. "It seems that Cay is going after these two families for some reason."

"Any word from the others," Nick asked.

"They have reported that the base has been gutted," Angie reported. "Nic believes the base housed a secret project of some kind, the base doesn't appear on any charts."

"I see," Nick started rubbing his chin. "What do these three places have in common."

"We should know something soon," Alyson informed him. "Heather is over at the city records with Jason."

"Ok, We've found all we will here," Nick brushed off his pant legs and walked back to the street where the rented SUV was waiting.

Heather Wright looked around the room as Jason Morgan looked through the computer. Jason like her was an earth born Jedi his family were earthlings unlike the Sunrider's who even though most of the family was born on the planet, they came to earth from someplace else. It took some getting used to, the fact that a group of 15 Jedi all but one human had come to the planet from another world. It didn't take her long to accept it though and now she was a Jedi Padawan having trained for seven months. Already she was one of the better students a lot of which she credited to her master Nick Write another earth born Jedi who had trained Cay Sunrider and Nic Sunrider, two of the strongest force users on earth. She had known both of them before she became a Jedi had been friends with Nic during High School. She had tried to be friends with Cay but he seemed distant and then that day happened. September 11th 2002, she was attacked by 5 men and Cay had unleashed a power she had never seen before on them. After that she watched her first lightsaber fight as Cay turned on his own brother. Now seven months later she was helping her master find and stop Cay.

"Hey I think I found something," Jason's comment caused Heather to brake out of her reflection.

"What is it," She went to Jason's side to read of his shoulder.

"It appears that at the Class of 2001's graduation something happened. A student named Max Evans got up on stage and made a speech then rode out on a motorcycle. The FBI then announced a search for Max Evans and his friends, Liz Parker, Isabel Evans and Michael Guerin."

"Evans and Parker, isn't that the names of the owners whose places were destroyed" Heather asked.

"Yeah, they were," Jason turned to look at Heather. "I think we found who Darth Morthor is after."

Tess stirred lightly in her sleep as Isabel stood watch, making sure nothing happened to her. It had been nearly 12 hours since she arrived and since then she had only awoken to use the bathroom or eat but said little about what had happened, only saying she was held on a base that had been attacked by a group of men in armor and that she had escaped in the ciaos. So now they had to remain in one place until Tess was well enough to travel, increasing there chances at being found. Max had put it to a vote, if any one wanted to leave they were welcome to go and meet with them at a later time. No one had voted to leave and so they remained. With everyone keeping watch on the area around the hotel.
Liz was sound asleep in the next room, which was also the room she shared with her husband Max Evans. But on this night she was alone, Max was watching the Street in front of the Motel making sure nothing came after them. She had a hard time sleeping the last several days due to visions of the future where a dark man with a red sword attacked them. From somewhere outside a loud noise woke Liz up, when she went to see what had happened she found herself staring at a green eyed women.

Ft. Worth Texas
Darth Morthor watched quietly as Mandalore spoke with one of the spies that had been hired for the mission. Several of them searched the south western US looking for any signs of the Aliens. When he had finished talking with the man he turned and walked towards Morthor. Though his face was covered by a helmet Morthor could feel through the force what the talk had been about.

"Master," Mandalore bowed. "We found them."

"That is good news," Morthor watched the Spy as he left the parking lot.

"They're in a Motel in Oklahoma City." Mandalore reported.

"Ready the troops" Morthor ordered. "I want to be there before sun set."

New Mexico-Texas Border
Master Nick Write stood on the side of the rode and stared out into the distance. For some he might look like someone looking at the sites, But his companions knew different they knew that he was in deep mediation along with his student Nic Sunrider. For nearly an hour the two of them stood on the side of the road not moving as the others went about their business, practicing with the force, reading the information Jason and Heather found or relaxing. Jacen and Angie worked on improving her lightsaber skills before another encounter with Morthor.

"We must go," The other Jedi were almost stunned when Nick finally spoke. "Darth Morthor has found what he seeks and we must beat him."
The Jedi quickly filed into the cars and took off north where Nick was leading them.

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
March

Ben Harper and John Jacobs had pulled into the Motel, the two of them had been trained as Jedi Knights are were in the area when they had felt a disturbance. Getting out of the car they entered the Motel just as a motorcade of Hummers had stopped in the parking lot. The two of them walked through the lobby and were greeted by a tall man with shaggy brown hair.

"Michael," a women's voice came out from behind the man.

"We have company," he said.

"We mean you no harm," John looked Michael over.

"John, we have more important things to worry about." Ben hissed from next to him.

When John turned to look at Ben he found him looking back over his shoulder at the front doors where a tall man dressed in black with a long Jedi style black robe and a mask covering his face walked into the lobby. As soon as John saw the figure flanked by two women dressed much like the man, he knew who it was. "Ben call Master Write."

"Wait a sec." Michael grabbed Ben's arm. "What's going on?"

"We're about to have trouble." Ben replied a trace of fear in his voice.

"That's Lizie's man in black," the women next to Michael looked on in fear.

"Get to safety now," John ordered. "Ben go with them, I'll hold them off."

Ben, Michael and Maria ran upstairs as John pulled out his lightsaber and slowly walked towards Darth Morthor. The two women backed away and disappeared into a stairwell. Outside John could see a group of armored men waiting outside the Motel blocking any means of escape. Activating his Lightsaber he made the first move and swung down at Morthor's head.
Ben nearly ran into Maria when she suddenly stopped, looking past the two in front of him he could see why they stopped. One of the women was standing in front of one of the rooms. Pulling his lightsaber he ran around them and attacked.

Liz watched in shock as a young man attacked the women with a green energy blade. She was even more shocked at the speed in which the women reacted activating her own red energy blade to block the man's swing. When the two dueling combaters moved down the hall Liz stepped out to find both Michael and Maria standing at the end of the hall. The look on Maria's face was all she needed to see to know the attacker was here. Isabel and a weak Tess stepped out of their room just as Max stepped out of the stairwell. "Come on, the building is surrounded we're going to the roof."

John continued on the attack, but he knew it couldn't last much longer, most of the Lobby was ruined and he could feel his energy begin to weaken. It was that moment when he realized his mistake, by attacking he allowed Morthor to conserve energy defending himself while he used up energy pressing his attack. Altering his attack he continued to press but more slowly and conservative. Once Morthor saw what he had done, Morthor began to press the attack driving John backwards.

Ben had the advantage as he pressed his attack, Jade was on the retreat. He could see the desperation in her face as he drove her towards the end of the hall, where a small balcony over looking the Lobby had been built. When they reached the balcony Jade leaped up onto the bar and back flipped to the floor below. Wasting little time Ben leaped after her and continued the battle.

Nick Write stopped the car just yards from the Motel that was now surrounded by Mandalorians. From the seat next to him Nic Sunrider made a low whistle in response. "A lot of men. Over there."

"We'll need a plan," Nick replied. "I'll take Jason and Jacen with me, You take the others and get on the roof to those people up there."

"Master are you sure the three of you can handle the guards by yourselves." Nic asked.

"We'll be fine." Nick opened the car door and took Jason and Jacen with him as he walked towards the Motel. Looking at the others, he decided to take Alyson, Angie, Brandon and Samantha with him and leave Heather with the cars. The five of them snuck around the to the building next door and started to head to the roof where they would jump over to the motel's roof.

John was losing strength fast as Morthor was now in complete control of the fight. Every blow he tried to hit was deflected by Morthor and Morthor had inflected several wounds to John's arms and legs. Taking one last shot John lunged forward but as soon as he made the move he knew it was a mistake, Morthor had stepped to the side to avoid the blow causing John to stumble forward. The Last thing John saw was Morthor's back swing coming to take his head.

Ben continued his attack through the Lobby, Jade was quick with the lightsaber but not that skilled in lightsaber combat. Driving her around the corner he entered the main lobby where he could see John wounded and bleeding trying to fight Morthor. Ben watched as John lunged for Morthor and watched in disbelief as Morthor took John's head off with his Lightsaber. The moment was all Jade needed to get under Ben's attack and stab her lightsaber deep into his Chest. Staggering Ben looked at his killer who only smiled as Ben fell to the ground. Jade stood over Ben and drove her lightsaber right between his eyes.

Max had gathered the group on the roof where they found themselves surrounded by men in armor led by a women with Red eyes. The women stepped forward along with one of the armored men. "Inform Lord Morthor we have them,"

"Yes, mistress Scarlet," the man turned to relay her orders, when a green lightsaber spun through the air and sliced the armored man's head off. The women named Scarlet turned around, her lightsaber activated, just in time to block the blow from Samantha's lightsaber. Nic Sunrider picked up the lightsaber he had thrown and the others finished off the other Mandalorians and Samantha battled Scarlet. Nic could only watch and Scarlet backed flipped from Sam's attack and flipped off the roof to the ground below. Turning to the group gathered on the roof, Nic looked them over.
"It seems you guys have incurred the wrath of some mean guys." Brandon stepped up to Nic's right.

"We just wish we knew why these people came after us," Isabel stated forcefully.

Nick, Jason and Jacen entered the lobby, after disposing of the group of men guarding the door, to find Morthor and Jade standing over bodies of two Jedi. Gripping their lightsabers the walked deeper into the room.

"I knew you would come," Morthor hissed evilly with out moving. "Now I will have my revenge for being cast aside, I shall have my revenge on you, Master."

"Cay, listen to me," Nick stepped forward. "I can help you, you just have to stop."

"Stop," Morthor spun around with such force both Jason and Jacen stepped back. "I am more powerful now then I have even been, why would I stop and go with you now."

"Please Cay," Nick pleaded. "No one else has to die."
"That's where your wrong." Morthor slowly removed the mask covering his face to reveal the pale skin and black goatee. His eyes resembled those of a predator with a deep blood shot yellow eyes. "More people will die."

Jacen activated his lightsaber just as Morthor attacked, Nick his lightsaber activated moved to block the attack. Jacen moved in to help but was blocked by Jade moving in behind him. Jason turned just in time to see her lightsaber stab him in the neck. Spinning, Jade cut through Jason's neck he stood still for a few seconds before falling to his knees and then falling forward in a heap. Jacen had no time to morn the loss of another Jedi, he quickly went on the defensive.

Nic led the group to the street below, where he led them to where Heather was waiting, He was worried about the disappearance of the women that Sam had fought but there was no time to dwell on it. Once they reached the cars, Nic turned to the others to decide the best course of action. He should take the group to a safe place and meet up with Master Write later, but he could feel the pull of the force telling him to go to Nick's aid. "Ok, Heather, you take the other Jedi and the others and take them north, we'll meet up in Wichita, I'm going to go help Master Wright."

"I want to go with you," Heather pleaded.

"Lead the others to safety, the others are counting on you." Nic turned and walked towards the motel entrance.

Samantha watched him go as the group loaded into the Van, She was about to get in herself when she saw the women she had fought on the roof in the ally was heading into the Motel. Gripping her lightsaber with her right hand, she closed the door to the van and followed Nic.

Nick Write is the best lightsaber fighter in the Jedi order, Jedi students from all over the planet came to him to learn how to best fight with a lightsaber. He had taught Cay Sunrider everything Cay knew, or so Nick thought. Now engaged in mortal combat with his former student he found himself at a loss. He had heard of the form known as Vaapad Master Fouch had spoken highly of its inventor, Mace Windu. But never had he seen it in action. Somehow Cay had discovered the Vaapad form since he had left the order. Nick Write, the best swordsmen in the order was being beaten a fact that Nick found troubling.

Jacen held the edge over the Jedi assassin Jade, she may have had the upper hand due to the surprise of her attack. Jacen soon gained the advantage and had her reeling. Sensing her defeat at hand he moved in for the kill, only to find she had one last trick up her sleeve. Ducking down, she kicked her leg out and tripped Jacen sending him stumbling. When he regained his footing she had vanished, all he could see was the duel between Master Write and Morthor.

Samantha found Scarlet waiting for her in that ally. Letting the force flow through her she moved quickly as Scarlet moved for the attack. Like Jade, Scarlet wasn't has skilled in Lightsaber combat as Samantha was, but what she lacked in skill she made up for in speed and strength. With her attack failing Scarlet began to focus more on wearing Samantha out by using her strength and speed to pound her and remain a head of her attacks.

Nic ran into the lobby to find Nick Write in a heated fight and for the first time Nick was losing. Morthor's robe was in tatters as was Master Write's, He was also covered in blood and bruises from the punishment Morthor was inflecting on his Master. Gripping his Lightsaber he moved in to help.

"Stop," Nick's voice rang in Nic's head. "You can't help me, you must keep the ones he wants from his grasp.

"Master," Nic stood as he watched his Master narrowly avoid a blow from Morthor's Lightsaber.

Samantha had Scarlet in retreat, soon she would back into a wall where there would be no escape for her. Before Samantha could press her attack Scarlet leaped straight into the air and over the wall away from Samantha's blade. With the duel over she turned around and ran out of the ally. Rounding the corner to head to the now shattered entrance of the Motel, she could feel a sudden rise is rage and shock followed by a scream that sounded like the word No. Sensing something terrible had just happed she quickened her pace.

The duel had gone on for what seemed like hours, time no longer mattered to Nick Write, he was with the force. The force guided his every move has he let himself fall deeper and deeper into its trance losing more of the outside world the deeper he fell. He was no longer Nick Write the famed Jedi Master, the Jedi's best swordsmen, he was the force. Somewhere out there he could feel his student Nic Sunrider trying his best to heed his wishes and stay out of the duel. He could feel Jacen watch in awe at the battle he was watching. But deep down the man that was Nick Write knew the duel was nearing the end. Nick Write the man had underestimated his former student, foolishly believing he was the only lightsaber teacher he had. Suddenly it was all over, the duel had reached its end. Instead of the fear he had expected to feel he felt at peace, Nick Write the man fell to his knees and with one last look at his former student he fell a hole burned into his chest.

Nic couldn't believe what he had seen his Master was holding Morthor off when suddenly Morthor cut through Nick Write's hand. He could only watch as Morthor planted a kiss in Nick's forehead just before stabbing Nick through the Chest. The look on Nick's face was not one of shock or anger but was one of Peace. Then he was dead laying in a pile at Morthor's feet. Nic moved forward intent on finishing the Job Nick had started, but a gentle hand grabbed his arm and pulled him back. He turned to find that the hand belonged to Samantha pulling both him and Jacen out of the Motel's ruined lobby she led them to the car. Once the two of them were settled in Samantha started the car and sped north to meet the others.

Wichita, Kansas

Nic had stood at the side of the road for nearly a half an hour. He let the force flow through his tired body. He could feel the sadness flowing from Heather over the loss of Jason and Nick. He could feel Samantha's pain at having her former friend turn into a killer. He could also feel the fear coming from several members of the group the rescued.

"What do we do now," Max walked up to Samantha.

""I wish I could tell you," Samantha stated.

"We'll split up," Nic finally turned around to look at the group. I will take Samantha, Heather and a part of the group and head east. Jacen you take Alyson, Angie, Brandon and the rest and go west."

"I take it we'll have to decide who goes with who then." Max looked towards Nic.

"It is to dangerous to keep everyone together, if we split up Morthor will have to divide his forces." Nic reasoned. "Once you reach a major airport Denver maybe get a plane and fly to Geneva. We'll go to St. Lois and get a plane there."

"it's a good plan," Max turned to Michael, Tess and Isabel who had gathered around him. "We must split up, Isabel you and I can not be together, if I am killed then you are our people's only hope."

"I understand Max." Isabel stated solemnly.

"Michael you and Maria will join Isabel. Tess you will come with me and Liz." Max looked over the group. "Isabel, Mom and Dad will go with you, The Parkers and Kyle will come with us. We'll be heading to Geneva so we'll meet again there."

"Be careful," Michael shook Max's hand.

"You protect Isabel," Max ordered.

After saying their good buys Max, Liz, Tess, Kyle, the Parkers along with Nic, Samantha and Heather boarded the van and headed East leaving Jacen alone with the rest. Boarding the newly rented Van the group of Jacen, Brandon, Alyson, Angie, Isabel, Michael, Maria and the Evan's went west.

Oklahoma City

Darth Morthor had stood silently for nearly an hour, as his forces gathered. The Battle had cost him over half his forces He had decided to send Mandalore and his man back to base where he was to regroup. He would continue after the aliens with his Hands at his side. The Battle with Nick Write had sapped a lot of his strength, he would need to regroup himself. He had time, with Master Write dead Nic Sunrider would take over and he would split up the group going more then likely east and west before heading back to the Jedi Temple. All he would have to do is capture one group to force the other to come to him. When he was ready he would head north towards Denver

Geneva, Switzerland

Master Fouch was in meditation as he had been since word of Master Write's death reached the temple. Nic had split his forces in half in an attempt to force Morthor's hand. Cray Sunrider had stood behind Foutch's chair for as long as he had been mediating.

"Great trouble is what we have," Fouch finally said.

"Morthor is far stronger then we had believed," Cray had felt odd calling his son by his Sith Name.

"He has found Sith teachings," Fouch said. "To go along with the name change. Yes Great Trouble is what we are now in."

To be concluded in Part 3...

This one marks the end of the Roswell crossover. Its also the start of Morthor's mean streak he gets down right nasty with one of his old friends in the next couple stories

Part 3

The Jedi are reeling from the death of Master Nick Write at the hands of former Jedi Knight, Cay Sunrider now known as Darth Morthor. Nic Sunrider has taken his group to St. Lois where they await a plain to New York for a return to the Jedi Temple in Geneva.
Jacen Sunrider tries to stay ahead of his brother, Morthor, as he leads his group to safety. Along the way he learns the truth to why Morthor is after them. With chances rising of an encounter with Morthor, the Jedi must be ready.
Darth Morthor fresh off his killing of Nick Write has turned is sites on Jacen Sunrider and the people with him.

Colorado Springs, Colorado
March

Jacen Sunrider sat on the truck bed, they were almost to the airport when he found it being watched by several Mandalorians. Jacen kicked himself for being predictable, Morthor had been able to determine just where he would go. So now he had to decide just where to go while Morthor was closing in. He had no fears about facing his brother again, the last time they had fought he was able to hold his own for most of the fight. The others that were with him weren't has lucky. Brandon and Alyson were laid up for a week recovering from their injuries. Angie was lucky to be ready for the mission they were on. This time would be different, he hoped, this time they had two aliens who could keep Morthor from overwhelming them.

Isabel Evans had been kicking at small rocks for several minutes as she watched the Young Jedi go off into his own little world. She couldn't help but feel sorry for him, he had lost four fellow Jedi just days earlier one of which was clearly a leader based on how they reacted to the News. She gathered herself and walked over to the truck.
"Hello," she sat next to Jacen.

"Hello," Jacen looked over the women who had joined him, she was about 4 years older then he was, the same age has his brother. "Can I help you?"

"I was just wondering who this man was who is coming after us," She asked.

"He is Darth Morthor," Jacen replied flatly.

"You had trouble saying that," Isabel could see the pain come over his face has he thought about Morthor. Suddenly she regretted bringing him up. "You're still angry over him killing Master Write."

"You could say that," Jacen looked out at the mountains. "Not so much over Master Write's death, Death has no power over the Force."

"Then why?" Isabel was suddenly interested in this Morthor.

"Because of all people I never thought he would be the one to kill Master Write." Jacen turned to look at Isabel his face showing no emotion. "He loved Master Write like a father, I can understand why he was upset. The Council degreed he had nothing more to learn from him and gave him a new master so Master Write could train Nic."

"You sound like you know him," Isabel quickly regretted the words as soos as she saw the look of sadness come over his face.

"I did, once," Jacen replied. "He used to be my older brother. Cay, a Jedi so strong in the force he could see in to the future. An act that allowed him to foresee the attack on the World Trade Center. An act that drove him to the edge of the Dark Side. Had it not been for our Grandfather he would have fell then and there."

"What happened?" Isabel was at a loss over what he had just told her.

"Master Andur Sunrider died." Jacen looked Isabel right into the face. "We all were saddened over his death, Cay felt nothing, he became empty as if when Andur died he died as well. One year after 9-11 he fell. Killed 5 guys who had attacked Heather, with powers that only Master Fouch had seen before. He then attacked his own brother Nic, beating him soundly in combat, to this day he believes that had Thantos not called Cay off he would have died right there."

"Is there anything that can be done for Cay?" Isabel put a hand on Jacen's shoulder.

"Cay is dead," Jacen said softly. "There is only Darth Morthor."

"I could never imagine a brother turning on his own brother," Isabel finally spoke to break the pause.

"Neither could I," Jacen replied.

Denver, Colorado

Darth Morthor stood atop the roof a simple warehouse that was just outside the Airport. He had been so close, The Aliens and the Jedi had been yards from the entrance when they noticed his trap and escaped. He quickly ordered the Mandalorians to cover every airport with in two days drive of Denver. He was not about to let them escape from his grasp.

"You are sure of this," Morthor never bothered to look at the man standing at his right.

"Yes, my lord," the man replied. "They went south we believe they are in Colorado Springs."

"They won't be for long," Morthor turned to his Hand, Jade. "Ready a truck, I will proceed after this lead. You will inform Scarlet she is to continue with plan incase they are able to stay ahead of me. You will come with me."

"Yes, Master," Jade bowed before turning to carry out his orders.

Taking one more look to the south he dismissed the messenger and turned to leave for what he hoped would be the capture of his pray.

Angie Cook tossed her lightsaber from one hand to the other has Jacen, Isabel and Michael discussed the next step. The had so neatly walked right into Morthor's trap that they were lucky to escape before it was sprung. She still vividly remembered the last encounter she had with Morthor, and the idea of encountering him again was something she didn't want. She placed the lightsaber on her belt and walked over to where Alyson and Brandon were sitting with the Evans'. They were lucky only suffering minor injuries Brandon's leg injury the worse of the injuries that had received. While her injuries didn't look as bad, the concussion had taken some time to recover from. Seeing that she was coming both Alyson and Brandon stood up and moved towards her.

"How are you feeling," Alyson stood about a half a foot taller then Angie, and had blond hair. But other then that she was an Earth born Jedi. One of the now hundreds who joined the Jedi after being discovered by one of the older Jedi. Unlike Jacen, Nic or even Cay who's ancestors came from another galaxy.

"I'm good," Angie turned to look at Jacen and the others.

"I don't need to use the force to feel the fear rolling off you," Alyson looked at Angie.

"I know, fear leads to the dark side," Angie rolled her eyes.

"Look you have every right to feel fear," Brandon, who was a foot taller then her stepped in. "The three of us were lucky to make it out alive."
"I know, that's what scares me," Angie confessed. "Its only been a month, I'm not 100 percent yet, neither is your Leg Brandon. If we have to face him again it will be worse."

"We'll just have to stick together then," Brandon smiled trying to make Angie feel better. "He can't beat all of us."

"He barely broke a sweat fighting the four of us, what difference will 3 humans and two aliens make." Angie looked back over to Jacen, Isabel and Michael.

Brandon said nothing, deep down he knew it was true. Morthor destroyed all four of them last time and he had a sinking feeling in his gut that told him that he wasn't even trying then. Before he could offer any words of encouragement he felt a chill run down his spin and a sick feeling in his gut. Just a look at Jacen confirmed what he had felt, Darth Morthor was on his way and Judging from the look of terror on Angie's face he knew she had felt it too.

"We don't have anytime to lose," Jacen announced. "Load up and move fast."

He could see them now, fleeing for a Van. The door wasn't even closed before it sped off. All that remained at the site they had been was an old truck and tire tracks. It wouldn't be long before they could run no longer. The Driver of the Hummer wasted no time stepping on the Gas to pursue the fleeing Jedi. These four would be easy to take care of, he had defeated them only three weeks earlier and once they were gone the aliens would be his. The Dark power flowed through his veins filling with power, it was a power the Jedi didn't understand, a power that was feared by the council. But he knew the truth, he had learned to embrace the power and now he would use the power to bring the Jedi and the Council to its knees.

"They've stopped." Morthor hissed, his dark eyes narrowed as he looked off towards the building that was now entering their vision. "Stop here, I'll take care of this. Wait here and make sure no one interferes."

"Yes, Master," Jade bowed her head as Morthor left the Hummer. Wearing new robes, that blew in the wind making it trail behind him, he walked with a purpose towards the refinery.

The refinery had been made over 30 years before, it had bottled water for most of its life before closing. Its tanks were still filled with water, some heated and others cool. With catwalks hanging high above to watch over the bottling process. The Bottling plant took up most of the building, with a row of offices in the back of the building and a storage and shipping section off to the side. A river ran behind the building which was where the water for bottling had come from, getting cleaned in the plant and then bottled. The large holding vats made hiding in the refinery easy. Which for Jacen Sunrider was the best thing about the plant. He had split the group up. Angie had gone with Isabel, while Alyson had taken Maria, Brandon took the Evans and Michael was with him. It was the best shot at escaping this with out losing anyone, or so he had hoped.

Angie led Isabel through the Shipping and receiving area of the refinery, trying to locate a place to lay low and hide. Just as she found the perfect place she heard Isabel hiss from next to her, looking over at her she found her staring at the entrance as he walked into the room and looked right at them. Dressed just as he was three weeks before he simply smiled a smile that did nothing to ease the fear the took hold of her at that moment. It was everything she feared rolled together, the day he had attacked her was the day she put a face to fear. To Angie Cook, Darth Morthor was fear itself.

Jacen could feel it as clearly as if he were the one experiencing it, the Jolt of fear unlike anything he had ever felt. He knew just where the fear had come from, Angie. He had tried to keep her off the team pleading with not only Master Write but his father and Nic. He knew all about her deep seeded fears, her nightmares and her visions of doom. The encounter with Morthor just three weeks earlier had scared her emotionally and she needed to rest. They had thought about keeping her behind but in the end due to the fact she had faced Morthor before she was sent and now the moment he dreaded had come.

Darth Morthor didn't move he only stared at both Angie and Isabel, likewise Angie had taken the same posture, trying to show a brave face. She knew it was useless, Morthor would see right through it, but she had to try. Tightly gripping her lightsaber she could feel the drops of sweat running down her back.

"I can feel your fear," Morthor spoke so suddenly she had to keep herself from jumping. "You don't need to die here Angie, leave don't look back."

"I…I can't," Angie tired to sound strong but her voice wouldn't cooperate. "I can't let you do this, I can't let you kill these people."

"Then I am afraid, you will have to die," Angie barely even registered his attack, getting her lightsaber activated and up to block the blow just before it struck her, but the force of the hit sent her reeling back. Morthor pressed his attack driving Angie back further, until she hit the back wall. She quickly stepped to the side as Morthor brought his saber down slicing through the wall where she had been only seconds before. Once she was able to get her feet under her she attacked.

Alyson knew what had happened, she could hear the clashing lightsabers just behind the double doors, she knew who was behind the doors. Once the battle had begun she had left her charges where they were and ran to the door only to stop when she arrived to think over just what she was about to do. Taking a breath she opened the door just in time to see Morthor slice his blade through Angie's lightsaber hilt, destroying the lightsaber, Alyson's heart leapt fearing that he had Cut into Angie herself. With a hard force push Angie was sent into a wall hard enough to crack the wall itself. Before he could capitalize, Alyson jumped into action, Believing she had an advantage she soon found herself stumbling as Morthor spun around to deflect her blade then used her momentum against her by shoving her as she went by. She counted her blessings as she put her hand out to keep her from running head on into the wall. Spinning around she barely blocked Morthor's attack. It was that moment she knew she would die.

Brandon had seen Alyson run into the receiving area with her green lightsaber blazing. At that moment he was fearful for her safety, she was his girlfriend and had been for a year to lose her this way would shatter him. But he couldn't leave the Evans to fend for themselves like Alyson had left Maria to do, however if he were to do nothing He would have to defend the three of them. He gripped his lightsaber tightly as he looked towards the now open doors hearing the clashing Lightsabers.

"Go to her, if you defeat him there you won't need to worry about us." Mr. Evans leaned close to Brandon to reassure him.

"You're right," Brandon leapt to his feet and took off to the doors activating his Lightsaber as he went.

Morthor was no longer controlling his body allowing the dark side of the force to flow through him he attacked. Alyson was tiring her attacks becoming more disparate as the fight wore on. He had to admit he was impressed, she had proven herself more worthy then Angie had. She was no longer a concern, her lightsaber destroyed she leaned against the wall he had shoved her into barely aware of what was happening. He turned all his focus onto Alyson. She had made one last swing before slipping on a piece of Angie's lightsaber. Now standing over her he held his saber up for the final swing. All he could think was of how sorry he was that the battle was ending. Suddenly he spun around catching the attacking Brandon off guard so much that he ran straight into his fist sending him stumbling backwards clutching his gut where he had been hit. Rather then waste the effort of fighting him he drove the end of his lightsaber hilt into the back of his head knocking him out cold. With the Jedi disposed of he turned towards the cowering Isabel. Stalking after her she wasn't fast enough to avoid his grasp as he grabbed hold of her neck and shoved her into the wall.

"And now," Morthor held his Lightsaber high in the air, preparing to drive its blade down on her skull.

With out warning Isabel could here the sound of something flying through the air followed by a flash of blue as the flying lightsaber went through the door way. With a bright flash it passed behind Morthor and deactivated as it went across the floor. The blow she expected never came and when she looked at her would be killer she could see why. His lightsaber along with the hand it was in now laid on the floor next to him, his face had twisted not in pain but in anger and shock. Sensing her moment she used her powers to send him flying across the room through another set of doors that led into the plant. Jacen then walked in through the door the lightsaber had come from checking to make sure she was ok. When he left to check on the others, she bent down to look at the hand.
"Oh my god," Isabel was shocked at what she found, instead of flesh and bone all she found was some kind of robotic hand covered in some kind of flesh like material. At its base where the lightsaber had seared through the forearm she could see wires and circuitry. "Jacen you might want to see this."

When Jacen turned to see what Isabel had been talking about he found himself in a state of shock. The hand that he had expected to be real when he cut it off wasn't real at all but some kind of prosthetic. Before he could investigate any more he could hear sounds from behind him followed by a warning from Michael to look out. Turning to the doorway he saw Morthor, blood pouring from cuts on his forehead. Jacen barely yelled out a warning before the bolts of blue lightning shot from his remaining hand. Using his body to block the bolts he pushed Isabel out of the way. When it was over Jacen slowly got to his feet to find Alyson and Angie had both then hit but were still alive, Angie was slowly coming to and Alyson crawled to safety.

"You think just because you cut my hand off that you won," Morthor roared. "You have not won, this isn't over." Before he could respond Alyson's fallen Lightsaber flew from the ground to Morthor's open hand. Rather then give him an opening Jacen activated his Lightsaber and ran towards him. Once he reached Morthor the battle began.

There was no Jacen, no Morthor only light and darkness, as the two battled through the plant, nothing was safe. Pipes were sliced in half, cables cut, sparks flying from wires. Water rushed from recently opened holes in the vats. But all of that didn't mater there was only a Jedi and a Sith engaged in the age old battle. A path of destruction traced the path they had cut through the plant. Seeking an escape the Jedi leapt to the catwalks overhead but was followed by the Sith as he continued the battle. The Sith was winning, but the Jedi wouldn't give up. There would be no giving up, no walking away this time.

Jacen was tiring there was no question there, but he couldn't let Morthor win. It was at that moment he had made his choice. Leaping backwards, Jacen landed that the cross-section where two of the catwalks crossed each other. With his lightsaber he cut through the catwalk and watched as it fell creating a slide that led into the exit vat, where the unused water was sent back into the river. Morthor felt his feet slide out from under him sending him feet first into the water where he disappeared. With the battle over Jacen fell to his knees.

For Paul and Kim it was a moment of relaxation they had worked all week and now celebrated the start of a 2 week vacation by hiking, biking and camping on the bank of the river. Paul had gone into the RV to get some food to grill when Kim suddenly screamed. Running out of the RV he stopped dead in his tracks when he saw a tall figure walking out of the river. He was wet, his clothes in taters, but what Paul noticed most was the stump where a hand should have been. Dangling at his side the stump had several wires sticking out. Grabbing his wife he got out of the man's way has he hiked back to the road.

Jedi Temple, Geneva
March

Nic Sunrider walked into the council Chambers, he had just returned with his group and had found that Jacen had faced a detour but was now on his way. It didn't take much thought to figure out what that detour was. On the way to the Temple Nic had learned why Morthor had come after the group. Max, Isabel, Michael and Tess where all aliens sent to insure the future of there people. Inside the council room Nic found only two people, Masters Fouch and Cray Sunrider.

"Greetings Young Jedi," Fouch spoke kindly. "You have suffered a great loss, as we all have."

"Yes Master," Nic could only nod. "Master Write was a great man."

"Have we determined why Thantos sent Morthor after the aliens.?" Cray spoke easily.

"We can only assume that they would interfere in what ever he was planning." Nic answered.

"Suffered a great loss, but gained a great win," Fouch changed the subject. "Its time to welcome Jacen to the role of Knight. Then we must regroup."

"As will the Sith." Cray stated.

This one well shows how far he's willing to go
Also sets up a story line thats leads into the end

Darth Morthor has turned his focus on getting a student to join him and bring peace to the planet. It's a search that brings him to Madison. With Scarlet on a mission of her own, Morthor and Jade are on their own.

Madison, WI
August, 2003

Angie Cook couldn't sleep, not all that uncommon these days, ever since Darth Morthor nearly killed her she had problems sleeping. Nightmares of Morthor coming to finish her off haunted her and it had grown into a deep fear. It was only a few hours before the Blues Festival was to begin, she was to meet Alyson and Brandon there so the three of them could relax, talk with friends and recharge. The three of them had been working hard to find Darth Morthor and his master Thantos with little luck. All they have had was close calls with death as Morthor had defeated all three of them twice, if not for the quick actions of Jacen they would all be dead along with the people they were protecting. She took a sip of the coffee that she held in her hands as she stared out the window of her hotel room at the sun as it slowly came up in the east, reflecting off the Lake it was the kind of sight she rarely had time to see anymore. Pulling herself away from the window she looked over to the bed where a lone figure slept. Morgan Walker was a Jedi like herself, at 23 years of age he had recently been named a Jedi Knight and joined in the hunt for Morthor. It was at that time they began to see each other, Angie still couldn't believe that in the middle of everything that was going on she was having an affair with a man she had met not 2 months ago.

"Hey, couldn't sleep again," Morgan's tired voice jolted her back to the present.

"No," Angie looked down at the cup in her hand as she tried to quell the growing uneasiness.

"Another dream of Morthor," Morgan moved to the edge of the bed to be closer to her.

"Cay once told me that he was able to view into the future with the Force, that he could see visions of what could happen." Angie sat on Morgan's lap as he hugged her close. "What if these are more then dreams, what if Morthor is destined to kill me."

"Angie, he had two tries and failed both times," Morgan whispered softly as she rested her head on his broad shoulder.

"But Jacen was there both times," Angie reminded him. "What happens if he's not there?"

"Don't think like that," Morgan kissed her gently on the head. "All you can do is get better so that when you do face him again you will be ready."

"You're right," Angie stood up. "I'm going to head down to get some food; the café should be open by now."

"Ok, I'll just take a quick shower and join you in a bit," Morgan said as he watched Angie leave the room.

Alyson Head walked down the street; she had found herself watching her former boss' 15 year old niece Andrea Davis. Karen Davis was busy with the last minute details of getting everything ready for the Blues Festival that was going on later that day. So Alyson and Andrea walked through the park as people got ready for the concert. Her boyfriend Brandon Roberts was off somewhere delivering Soda and water to refreshment stands around the grounds. She couldn't blame him; he was always doing something be it volunteering to work a job he no longer had or practicing his lightsaber skills with a remote. She knew full well this would be mostly a girl's day and now with the addition of Andrea it was bound to be a regular gab fest which was bound to make Angie feel better. She did have reasons to believe Karen had other motives for paring her with Andrea, while she had known her somewhat threw Karen and she had no problems spending the day with her she was surprised at the untapped force potential she could feel radiating off of the girl. As the day rolled by the two talked about everything from the latest Gossip about the hottest Celebrities to her first year in High School. The topic had soon turned to the latest dreams they have had and of what they might mean. After she finished retelling of a dream she had of flying fish that spoke German, Andrea told her of a troubling reoccurring dream she had been having.

"Aly, Can I tell you something I haven't told anyone else," She had said has they say under a tree to watch the people poor in.

"Sure, you can trust me," Alyson picked at the grass as she listened to Andrea.

"I've been having this dream. I guess," Andrea turned her face to Alyson to reveal the look of fear. "There is this Man I guess and he is dressed in black. His face is covered by a hood and he walked with out making a sound. He sees me and he turns to me and tells me that I will be his. I always wake up in a cold sweat and shaking as if I'm cold even though it's warm."

Alyson looked at the girl with a feeling of dread creeping up into her very heart. "I'm sure it's only a bad dream."

"You don't sound to convinced," Andrea looked down at the ground. "Do you know who this man is?"

"I'm sure I don't," Alyson felt her fear growing as she could feel Morthor's grip closing around the soul of Andrea.

"Alyson," Brandon leaped off the golf cart he had been using and ran to her side. "What's wrong?"

"We have a problem," Alyson stood up and began to look around.

"You do know him," Andrea stood up to face Alyson. "Who is he?"

"A bad man and we won't let him get you," Alyson turned towards Brandon to find that he too was looking around the grounds. "Brandon do you know if Angie is here?"

"Yeah she's helping Karen with the tokens," Brandon looked at her and after noticing the sudden worry in her eyes he turned to look towards the backstage area. "She'll be fine; there are a lot of people around."

"That didn't stop him before," She replied flatly her hand lightly rubbing the spot she was wounded the first time they had to fight Morthor.

"Who are you talking about," Andrea stood in their line of view looking like an ignored teenager. "What's going on?"

"There is nothing to worry about, we'll…" Alyson's thoughts trailed off as she felt Angie crying out through the force for help followed by the cold suffocating grasp of the Dark Side. "He's here."

"We have to help her," Brandon completed the words left unsaid and moved towards the golf cart.

"I don't think so," A harsh female voice called out from behind them. When they turned around they found themselves looking at one of Morthor's henchwomen with a main of dark blonde hair with streaks of dark green highlighting her face. Brandon placed himself between her and Andrea as Alyson moved forward grasping her lightsaber in her right hand.

"What do you want?" Alyson kept her eyes open as she stopped in front of the women.
"Oh I think you have already figured that out, Jedi," The Women pulled open her Black robes to reveal the hilt of her lightsabers. "You can either give the girl to me and we'll be on our way or you can try and stop me and deal with the consequences."

"I'm not afraid to die," Alyson said as Brandon fed her strength through the force.

"Oh its not you who you should be worried about," The Women laughed.

"No," Alyson reached out to find Angie only to find a wall of overwhelming grief and fear.

"Oops to late for someone," the Dark Jedi smiled.

Suddenly Alyson activated her lightsaber and attacked.

Angie sat in the trailer counting the Tokens as Morgan sat and watched. He hadn't minded at all when she told him she was going to help count the tokens used to get food and refreshments until the concert began. For Morgan there was nothing better then watching her do something as simple as count coins. He had liked the idea that she wasn't in fear of some unknown shadow or worrying about whether they would be attacked. It pleased him to see her enjoying something that wasn't related to hunting a Sith Lord. As she counted she suddenly looked surprised, with a quick touch of the force he felt the dread coming through the force.

"Something's wrong," Angie set the bag of tokens she had been counting and turned to look at Morgan. "Alyson is worried about something."

"I feel it too," Morgan replied as he turned his head to where he felt the feeling was coming from. "Brandon is there though."

"She's ok, something must have spooked her," Angie turned back to the table to put the bag away. "I'm going to see what's wrong."

"I'll go with you," Morgan said as he stood up to follow Angie out the door of the Trailer. But instead of walking out the door he ran into Angie's back as she suddenly froze in place. Peering out from behind her he could see a dark figure standing about 50 yards away facing them. He looked like the figure of Death that all the shows use, only with out the Sickle. He stood unmoving as people couldn't get away from the figure fast enough. Easing himself out the door and in front of Angie he slowly reached for his lightsaber. Before Angie could stop him he leapt off the curb and ran towards the figure, activating his lightsaber as he ran. Angie took a step forward to try and run after him but she couldn't move. All she could do was watch as Morgan got closer to Darth Morthor. A single blade of red shot out of the lightsaber hidden in Morthor's gloved right-hand. Clutching her lightsaber in her hand she held her breath as her lover closed in on Morthor and hoped that he could end the reign of terror Morthor has spread.

Morgan took a swing for Morthor's head once he reached his location, but all he hit was air as suddenly Morthor wasn't there. Reeling around he barely had time to block the blow from behind, trying to finish the fight early he side stepped Morthor's attack and made another swing at his head. His Blue blade never reached Morthor; He had grabbed Morgan's hands with his cybernetic right-hand and held him tight. Morgan could feel the bones in his hand break as his lightsaber slipped from his grasp and fell to the hard concrete.

"No, Please Cay I beg of you," Angie walked closer to the two men as Morgan was driven to his knees.

"You beg me," Morthor turned his head to look at Angie.

Angie stood frozen in place as Morthor released Morgan's now broken hands and moved behind him. Her tears were starting to poor from her eyes as she looked into the eyes over her lover.

"I love you Angie, I will be with you forever," Morgan looked no where else but at the face of the women he had given his life for. Suddenly he felt the hot searing pain in the back of his neck followed by the dark red blade exiting from his Chest. Then there was nothing only Angie as he fell to his side feeling the life poor out from his body.

Darth Morthor looked down at Morgan's fallen body and then turned to Angie whose face betrayed the shattering of her heart. Looking back down towards the now lifeless body of the man he had killed He suddenly felt remorse pouring out from the part of him that remained Cay Sunrider. Feeling a new sense of anger at the feeling he stepped towards Angie. Overcome with grief and anger Angie activated her lightsaber and attacked, Morthor ducked down falling to a knee and blocked Angie's blow. Taking a swing at where Angie was Morthor spun on his knee in time to block an overhead blow. Leaping to his feet he pressed his attack as Angie tried to keep up with her blocks but Morthor was now in control. Falling back Angie tried to keep herself a head of Morthor's attacks until she tripped over a curb falling backwards Morthor's blow took the top of her lightsaber off, leaving her unarmed and laying on her back.

"What are you waiting for," Angie cried. "Kill me now, don't wait. Just do it."

"You have been lucky Angie," Morthor sighed. "It's a shame that only now at the end do you know the truth. Fear, anger, grief are not to be kept away, they make us stronger."

"Enough talk, if you want to kill me, get it over with," Angie spat

"Goodbye," Angie watched him raise his lightsaber to strike the fatal blow, closing her eyes she waited for the strike. Suddenly she heard him curse followed by the humming of a lightsaber as it flew through the air. Opening her eyes she saw Morthor diving away from the purple blade as it flew through the air where he had been. Looking towards where the lightsaber came from she saw the form of Samantha Adams standing on a slight hill.

Alyson moved quickly as she tried to find an opening between the two Lightsabers. When ever she would see a hole another lightsaber would be there before she could strike and she was tiring out fast. The crowd watched the two of them battle making sure not to get to close. For a lot of them they had heard the rumors of the Jedi but had never seen them in person. Brandon stood watch by Andrea incase the other mystery women showed up but other then the crowd there was no sign of anyone who would be a threat. The Women had become a flash of black cloth and red light as she used her two lightsabers to battle Alyson, who was quickly becoming a blur of colors as well. Suddenly Alyson was down and with no pause the women was engaged in battle with another Jedi. From behind him he felt the presence of Jacen Sunrider as he approached Brandon.

Sensing her position in danger Jade fought as fast as she could against her new foe. She already knew he was much stronger then she was and much better at lightsaber dueling. If she hadn't known better she would have believed she was battling her own master. Sensing her defeat coming Jade did the only thing she could think of. Throwing one of her lightsabers off to the side it sliced through a large tree with a quick pull of the force it fell right towards the two combatants, using a back flip to escape from the fallen tree Jade got a way in time to see her opponent jumping back as well.
Nic Sunrider could only watch as the women escaped from the group of Jedi. He turned to see Brandon tending to a tired and battered Alyson. Jacen was keeping an eye on the young girl who appeared to be the Target of Morthor's attack.

"Are you two ok," Nic asked

"Yeah but we need to hurry, Morthor is with Angie," Alyson slowly stood up as her leg
