I did one whole year once.........with a temp agency when Hubby and I first got married and moved to San Diego, CA.......hated it! Finally said screw it......just did the news paper ads....
But it's all wrong!
They should HIRE someone.......then train them exactly how they want that employee to be........it's not rocket science!
And how the hell can someone be OVER QUALIFIED???? Doesn't that make them BETTER......hell, offer them the job......tell them what you pay.......if they think they are worth MORE, then let the person hunting for a job turn you down.....who knows, that person might think that 3 bucks an hour LESS than what is usually paid for that kind of qualifications, might be better than unemployment.. :sad:
