Good duets?

Okay, so did NOT know where to put this so sorry if it's in the wrong spot.

Weird request, but does anyone know any good duets to sing? It's weird how we got into the convo but one of my coworkers said we should do something for the talent show. I told him I was going to do something last year but I didn't. He said we should sing something together (if I heard him right). So, any good duets? LOL

So any suggestions? I'm more of a loner so don't know any good duets. LOL

WHEW! Ryan is right....what kind of music do you and your Co-worker like, LadyV?
You can do musicals, country, rock, pop....geeez the list is endless.
I'd just find out what kinds of music you and your co-worker like, then some day when you two are together, do some "Googling"....
GOOGLE country duets
Or Google Broadway Musicals + duets

You'll find TONS! :cat: emoticon

I always loved the pop ones - or the ones from Disney movies. It really depends on your style and also what effect you want to create.

I know if I was looking for a duet I'd head over to Ward-Brodt, a local place that sells music, instruments and gives lessons

I'd also consider your audience...old/young? I'd say showtunes are good.

Good thought... Show tunes work in any circumstances and they have a lot of potential for duets.

yeah everyone loves Show tunes.

When we do Show Tunes for the Supershow we're beating people away, well no but we get a lot of people. In fact the closest we got to a sell out was a Show Tunes theme.
