hello
My name's Adam. I've been playing music for 38 years. I play a variety of instruments, but my main one is violin.
As a hobby, I run a violin shop out of my home. I sell mostly 5 string violins, violas and mandolins, but I also sell bows and accessories. I do setup and minor repairs as well.
My claim to fame, if I have one, is that I travel regularly to Asia and play all the instruments I sell at the factory or workshop where they are made BEFORE I import them and sell them here. That way I KNOW their quality before I get it in the shop.
Anyway, this seems like a nice forum with friendly folks. I'm hoping to contribute, ask questions...
