He he, one thing, in a concert abuot to play and got all ready, looked at the conductor... pre-beats 3,4 and then i go to play but no sound...?
...my bow wasn't wined up... I just pretended to play the whole piece to avoid embarrassment considering I was in the front row and the audience was all staring at me. Luck I didn't hve a solo 
Yucky top note. See, the reason I play viola is because it's a nice break from the high notes on violin, so to do that just defeats the object in my mind. But what you will.
