Favorite ROIOs

At the moment, I'm stuck in 1971. Listening to:

1971-02-25 M-502, Hamburg
1971-09-30 Meddled Rev A
1971-10-17 San Diego 1st Gen Hi-Fi

and the best 1971 show played in 1972...
1972-05-21 Germersheim "Doubled Bubble"

I always like A Psychedelic Night disc 1. I found it on the hub, but it appears when this one was encoded to shn, ppl cut out certain parts of the recording. There are two other versions of the concert I'm hoping with have the intro. I also liked the way Spiral was put together.

I just love the Paris Cinema Sessions the BBC stuff also known as Meddled and Mooed music.

I really dig "Mr. Pig" from 77 Highland productions.

And lately I really like the sound of "With Bright Knives" Feb 77 from Man of Leisure Music (MoLM). The sound on this recording is really full and you can hear all the seperation in the music. The "prayer sequence" from Sheep is one of most audible
I've heard yet. There is quite a few mistakes here and there but I've just been really getting into it.

Home Piggy is another good one.

Ok, I'm new to the whole RoIo/VoIo community, but I'm gonna have to say so far my favorites are 1977-01-23 The Animals Premiere. and 1972-12-01 Rememberance of Things Past. 1971-09-18/19 Black Wizard and White Witch. Of course I don't have much due to being new and making a collection for an uncle.

Thanks for the info. I'm trying to get Mr. Pig right now. And I agree with whom ever said Home Piggy Home was a good one. Best one of The Wall I've heard so far. Celestial Voices (from the early 70s) is also pretty good. anybody want to second that?

Man...that should have been Cruel but fair...not Celestial Voices! It's not bad but not nearly as good (sound quality wise)
