Final Meeting of the year
Well i think this will be our final final meeting as we've already had a few fake final meetings but heres the proposition.
We need to meet to decide on the following topics.
a) disc design
b) t shirt colour and design
c) how to spend the money from sponsorship
d) membership conditions for next year
e)team name for next year
f) extra tournaments we could enter next year
g) any other issues individuals have
This meeting is open to anyone that wishes to input their ideas.
I propose we keep with our commitment to Putney Tandoori and possibly do this over or before a curry. If people are up for this then the question is when?
When do people finish? I'm thinking wednesday or thursday before the majority of people go home? are most people finished and free by then?
If you're not reading this on the forum (and instead in an e-mail i sent) then go to the forum or reply to the e-mail to let us know when you're free and if you want to be involved...as much as the "commitee" has been voted on their are many more jobs that need doing and anyone who wants to be involved can be.

I'm thinking Wednesday (7th) as i've just found out i'm supposed to be working late on the thursday.
It would be good to see a few different people giving input and this is the perfect chance. We are tying to move towards decisions being influenced by those that make the effort to stand up and say something rather than me and jim deciding everything. Take this chance now!
I think it should be held pre curry in ourflat, then move on to the curry house then some big time drinking in putney afterwards! This would be an excellent send off for the summer me thinks!

if we are going to hold it next week, it has to be monday or something, as i am flying home for two days on the wednesday....come back on the evening of the 9th, but think most people would have gone by then.
realise that it would be a lot to ask with exams and whatnot, but how about some time this week?

Yeah i'm afraid i agree. As much as i love ultimate i also need to do well in exams. I understand that next week some people will have gone but i don't see much choice.
So heres what i think people who can't make it should do...
write down your ideas about all the things i put above and e-mail them to our account. Then those that are there will read and take into account the views of anyone who wishes to express theirs. thats the only way i can see of doing it as we're never going to find a date in the next two weeks that everyone can make.

ok for those of you who don't know or need reminding!
Wednesday night, commitee meeting at 6 30 round mine and jim's flat. Then a curry at 8, meet bus stop near main gate at 7.42 precisely! Then onto Putney for drinks and then possibly onto fez afterwards.
Be there or be a shape much like square!

So far I've had very minimal responses regarding decisions for next year. If you're not coming tomorrow your running out of time to voice your opinions. respond to the e-mail i sent if you think anything about any of the stuff

Just thought i'd mention that i can make it tomorrow night, but am prob going home-home at 9 in the evening so wont be able to make the curry if its at 8.
Probably speak to you (jim) tomorrow, thought id let you know, in case you were booking a table.
