question on Dion
we all know dion was best friends with Orion Pax (prime) and it was said that dion could have been Ironhide or Ultra Magnus but what are these theories that Dion would have been been made into Dion being Kup, Starscream or Thundercracker? can anyone answer this for me .

There is no conclusive evidence to state that Dion was rebuilt as anyone. As Jhiaxus said in the Obscure Transformers Website, Dion pretty much died. A lot of fans would like to believe that Dion was rebuilt as Ironhide. The Cybertronian Unofficial Transformers Recognition Guide suggests that Dion was rebuilt as Ultra Magnus - but again, this is not official canonical evidence, but just more unofficial fan speculation.

Heh, no wuckin' forries mate. 
As for the suggestion that Dion may have been rebuilt as Starscream, I can tell you know that this theory is certainly not true. As shown in a season one flashback, Starscream was around before the war started - and that he was a scientist along with his companion Jetfire (known as Skyfire in the cartoon).

ok well the combaticons were made in the episode of star screams birdade im pretty sure ,but they were a part of an earlier episode is this just another stuff up ?

No, they were made on Earth - no continuity flubs there.
Other cartoon continuity flubs that come to mind are:
(1) Prowl was killed in Transformers the Movie, yet he appears in episode 24 of The Headmasters 「ウルトラマグナス死す！」 (Ultra Magnus Dead!)
(2) Wheeljack was also killed in Transformers the Movie, yet in episode 27 of Transformers Victory 「戦え!! ビクトリーレオ」 (Fight!! Victory Leo), we see him and Perceptor rebuilding Ginrai as Victory Leo!
(3) At the end of the Beast Wars Season 2 episode "Code of Hero," we see the Maximals incinerating Dinobot's corpse in a funeral pyre - Rattrap is shown in his Season 1 pre-Transmetal form, even though by that episode, he was a Transmetal!
The Marvel Comics were a far better source of G1 canon IMO - it had much better stories and minimal continuity contradictions.

isnt ironhide also shown in victory and there nothing misstake with blitzwing . In the 5 faces of darkness hes told never to be around the deceptions anymore but 2 episodes later you see him with them . lol
