where exactly is the triple warmer 12? could i get a link to the picture of it or something like that.
btw, is the triceps the bottom part of the upper arm?

Triple Warmer 12 - middle of the upper arm on the hollow triceps muscle. Strike with knife-hand, hammer-fist, or forearm. Good restrain point.
Yup, you tricep is on the bottom of your bicep (upper arm).
See how we use Gedan Barai to strike both the TW12 (on tricep) and kidney simultaneously in the first pic on this page:
